My elderly parents had to pay up front for my dads eye treatment bill from Dr. Peter Livingston, MD who is an Ophthalmology Specialist in Bradenton, FL . His insurance company did pay the bill but we have not received our reimbursement . It has been over one year calling, sending papers and following up. We have spoke with James Carey who is managing this account with no results. So far they are out of about 500 dollars. Very frustrating. Feel like we are being ripped off.
