Fast, on time, detailed work!

Very high turnover, even pre-COVID. Rarely had the same crew &/or supervisor longer than 2 weeks. Specific information about lawn, shrubs never got passed to new people. I always had to be home to supervise them myself to ensure what theyd agreed to in the first place was actually done. After I cancelled service, they refused to credit me for my $50 over-payment.

First appointment was scheduled & they cancelled 30 minutes before they were due to arrive. Rescheduled and they arrived late but completed their task as promised. The next appointment they never arrived. Calls were not returned until the next day. The next 2 consecutive appointments were both failures to show. I am still waiting for them to call me back to reschedule, its been a week. I hired someone else who showed up on time the very next day & did the job, for half what these people asked for. Not very military-like, good luck with this group.

After obtaining three bids, we hired Military Cut to provide and install mulching for a large residential property. Lana in the office was very helpful arranging our appointments and answering various questions. Todd came out to preview the property and provide the quote. The team did a superb job over a course of two days. Everything was handled carefully and performed to perfection. They cleaned up any leftover debris and the price for our job was honest. We will definitely use them again and can recommend them to others without hesitation. Thanks!

We had Military Cuts do some clean up work and add some new plants at our commercial property, they did a great job and made sure the work was done in time for a special event we had scheduled. Todd was easy to work with and made sure everything looked great.

They are priced 50% higher than anybody else in Sarasota. They try to justify by offering services I didn’t want.When I asked for a price only for the services I needed I was told it’s a “take it or leave it” quote.Obviously I didn’t choose their services.

The concept of hiring Veterans attracted me to hire them. The problem is they don’t show up consistently. They do not complete the service I was paying for. After 2 years I can no longer tolerate the service they provide. Every time I called there was a excuse. They need a Management team that can manage the the business. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Mediocre service, first couple times were great and after that the crew always forgot or skipped something. And dont bother trying to call their office. No one ever answers the phone and very rarely calls you back. The crew is very nice in person, and look like they are working hard but like I said things are constantly missed.Improvement in customer service via office and email needed.Crew should do a walk through with the customer or the tech who did the estimate to ensure that everyone is on the same page as to what is getting done.Follow up on requests of additional services, such as when someone asks that the hedge is trimmed or a tree is spruced.Do all work every visit and do skip if you dont think it needs it. Especially if the cudcusto is on every other week.

Unfriendly workers, irregular service... would not recommend this company.
