I can’t say enough good things about Lynn! First time I have ever felt a certain comfort level to be able to open up. Lynn took the time to know me and help guide me through some rough patches. She gave me insight into the steps to becoming more confident. Counseling has had a very positive impact on my life. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to find peace and Joy in their lives.

Lynn is easy to talk to. She is an active listener and has not only made me feel heard but validated as well. The welcoming and comfortable environment she creates has played a big role in helping me be honest and open to her feedback.

I dont have words to describe what she has done for me...I originally went to see her for the first time for severe anxiety and she eventually helped me begin recovery for an ED ive suffered from for the past 8 years. My recovery wouldnt have happened without her and i owe her everything. I feel genuine happiness for the first in almost a decade, when 6 months ago I was having a hard time waking up in the morning and keeping a smile on my face.She has an approach towards therapy that is completely different and very effective, prior to seeing her I had seen 4 different therapists over the years and was convinced that therapy was NOT for me.Myself and my parents see her and all of us have gained so much and benefited enormously from her help and guidance. Without her id still be lost. She helped me find myself again.

Lynn is committed to the process of healing. Her presence is warm, attentive and healing. Her knowledge and expertise assist her clients in uncovering buried issues that have caused long standing problems and enables clients to begin to heal and develop coping skills to live a healthier more fulfilling life.

Lynn challenges me to not stay stuck in my present situation. She has given me the ability to see past my present difficulties and help me see the light at the end of the tunnel. Rather than just giving me advice she helps me to tap into the answers that were inside of me all along.
