Absolutely the best company to get rentals from. I rented a dump trailer, bobcat with grapple bucket, and a stump grinder. Not only did they get it to me asap and the equipment was in tiptop shape. I rented a 14’ step ladder from American Pride Rental Equipment and Sales this Saturday. I was surprised that their price was much lower than Home Depot Tool Rental. They answered all my questions and gave me the right ladder for the job. Milton was kind enough to help me secure the ladder on top of my SUV. Vince was a wiz at handling the paper work for the rental. They were very professional. My deposit was already in an envelope waiting for me. I appreciated the quick and thorough service. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends for any of their DIY equipment needs.

I debated on even writing this review, but in the end here we are. My husband took several pieces of our equipment here for maintenance and told them exactly what was wrong with the equipment and what he wanted fixed and when he arrived to pick them back up 1 of our chainsaws was returned to us in pieces in a box. It wasnt put back together apparently because I didnt want them to replace some of the items they said needed replacing. It was just too much and my choice on what to fix. But in the end they told him they wouldnt fix it unless I fixed everything so instead of just putting it back together like I dropped it off it came in pieces. Then to top that off I was charged a $65 bench fee for the chainsaw that was not fixed or put back together.I will have to find someone else from now on as we have never been treated in this manner before.

My kind of place, Milton and Vince answered all my questions, were very helpful, and above all- walked me through the start up and use of my new STIHL trimmer. Took me right out in the shop, and had the service manager- Tiny? - go over the details with me. Very pleased, and would highly recommend- thanks

I rented a power washer for 24 hours. It worked great, easy start plenty of power to clean my pavers. I would recommend American Pride.

Last Saturday I rented a stump grinder for the day. Customer service was excellent. The Vermeer Stump Grinder worked great on the 7 or 8 stumps in the backyard. The rental rate seemed reasonable and the $100 deposit was returned promptly. I thought we were able to mount security cameras with ladders, turned out we needed a scissor lift. Called, American Pride and they gave me our options. Ended up with a compact electric scissor lift that we were able to operate in doors - made the job super easy. No more struggling.
