I had a PC diagnosis done at The Computer Place. It wasnt a great experience and good communication was lacking. I then tried CPR Cell Phone Repair for a hard drive swap. Went better but I still wasnt satisfied. I should have just chosen LoriTech from the start as the man was professional, straight to the point, friendly, thorough and quick. Take my experience as a lesson and just use LoriTech.

I took my new PC in with a graphics card install problem, they immediately looked at it and free of charge told me how to fix it. The employee I dealt with was knowledgeable but still took the time to explain it so I could understand. Used them 10 yrs ago or so as well and was pleased then.

Brought my laptop here for a repair and I am very happy I did. Al let me know ahead of time exactly what to expect and I was not disappointed. When I had some additional issues Lori stayed on the phone with me even though it was after hours to make sure that I was taken care of. Friendly and professional.

Logitech Computer Repair did an outstanding job in bringing my dead laptop back to life! Lori did quite a bit of work, that may have been a la carte extra $$ if I had gone elsewhere. Very satisfied customer!

Lori made good on a promise about a technical situation I had with my new computer. She helped set up files so that I could use them in an easier manner and understand the workings of the computer much better. I have used LoriTech for many years and get good service from the company.

Was great. I had a very difficult computer issue with a faulty part causing hard resets to the BIOS. What part? That was for them to figure out. This was an involved process to fix as it required them to take and replace near every computer part in my custom computer. This took them near a week due to it having to deal with intermittent stability issues.They only charged me the 90$ fee even though it took them untold amount of effort to diagnose it. I know thats what they said they would charge me, but I appreciate the effort that went into the computer because I got my money worth on it.

Lori is an extremely competent computer technician. She has handled all our computer needs for both my husband and myself for the past 15 years. She is very professional, organized, helpful in explaining what she is doing and answers all my questions, no matter how stupid they probably are but she never makes me feel stupid. 4 years ago I walked in crying with a deleted photo disc of my only childs newborn and baby photos. Every photo of her first six months. Gone. Been using LoriTech since 2000 (or so) for both personal and business and I never ever think of using anyone else. I have 16 offices on west coast of Florida and the only computer service company I use is LoriTech. The key about LoriTech is that they honor their work and treat the customer with respect. 16 years is an eternity in IT and I have no regrets. Can never see myself going anywhere else.

Billy did a fantastic job. He did an excellent job at explaining everything in detail to me. He also connected my wireless printer to my lap top. Billy was very helpful and kind. Lori has come to our house wife, once for me and my Mac, the other time for my husband and his HP. Each time she helped us, was efficient, courteous, smart, and stayed with us until we knew what we were doing. She was very reasonable in her rates, she got us where we needed to be. I purchased my computer from Loritech about three years ago. Was happy with the price and the follow up service. I had a tech in today to do an update and scan for any problems. The tech (Billy) was knowledgeable and respectful for my lack of computer skills. He took the time to set up some programs the I would not have trouble using. I would call on them again without hesitation.

Having dropped my Mac Pro for various reasons. Best Buy danced around and was not that professional in trying to give me a encouraging answer.Al at Lori tech said leave it and we will give you a professional diagnosed. Bill was great. He not only helped fix my problem, he showed me how to do things I need to do. He has a great way with people, when you dont know something he is very patient and very cool about explaining things.

Started day as usual browsing, emailing, pulling up existing Word and Excel files, creating new files (use Office 365). But today could not open Excel files. Panicked. Called Cody at Loritech. Billie arrived at my residence few hours later. Found Microsoft had just updated software, which probably caused glitch. Fixed in no time and Im back in business. Have known Lori more than 10 years. Also Al and Cody many years. Billie more recent. All technically highly competent. Response to my needs always exceptional.

Bill did an excellent job. He corrected my problem in 2 minutes and never moved from the desk. He had no need to pull wires,etc. He really knows his stuff. He also showed me that I had scanner capability that I did not even know about. He will surely be my Go To guy in the future. I feel very comfortable with him.

Yuk and yuk. She is so very unprofessional and petty. Her techs might very well be the reason she is still in business because working directly with her is not a pleasant experience. I see there are others posting reviews which indicate many of the same odd behaviors I exierienced. I do wonder how her employees stay, I would not want to work with a arrogant, miss informed bully. I do see none of the techs who helped me with my computer are still working there. Good on them.

If you dont mind paying $80 for a few minutes worth of work that is represented as an hours worth of work, having your computer returned with malware on it that wasnt previously on it, and then having Lori hang up on you when you take issue with her operation, then this is a good place to patronize. I ended up having to spend $89 just up the street at Uptech Computer to remove the malware from my notebook that Loritech worked on. They do a complete and honest 5 hour clean up of all bugs and malware, but it was well worth it. I feel ripped off. Kevin at Uptech was much more honest, thorough, and worth every penny. I would go with Kevin any day of the week and avoid Lori.
