I recently had a tenant move out of my condo in Sarasota, and I wanted to find a service to thoroughly clean before a new tenant moves in. I live out of town, so I needed a company that was reputable, flexible, and offered good rates. I called and spoke with Adam who went over all of the service options, gave me an estimated quote, and scheduled the cleaning. The cleaning crew was very efficient and made sure that everything was spotless. Eunice, the field manager, even called me during the cleaning to let me know that the toilet was clogged. I was prepared to call a plumber because I know it is not the cleaning crews job to unclog a toilet, but the team went above and beyond and was able to get the toilet functioning as normal. Being an out of town landlord is difficult, but having a great company like The Maids of Sarasota helps to make my life easier.

THESE GIRLS ARE AMAZING! Juana leads a great team of detail oriented and thorough cleaning ladies that leave our house shining every time! I love, love, love they are a four person team and are in and out in about 1.5 hours every time. One cleaning person can take all day and I work from home and cant afford to be gone all day. From initial visit with Letty, Supervisor, to determine my housekeeping needs, to appointment scheduling with Addy, and every-other-week cleaning with Marissa, Team Leader, and her conscientious crew, I have been extremely pleased with the quality of service I am receiving.

The four housecleaners were like a tornado as they super cleaned my house. And what a wonderful job they did!! Everything sparkled when they left. They were careful of my cat and my things. They brought all of their own equipment and supplies -- even two step ladders. I will have them come back every time I need a cleaner. Thank you, ladies.

They make sure my home items are returned to their proper places after cleaning. They work efficiently together and assist each other happily if needed. The Maids scheduler, Addie, is always very accommodating and cheerful. Letty, the company supervisor, has happily set up additional procedures in cleaning as my home needs required. I have been more than pleased with this maids service and would highly recommend them to others! I love having them come to clean and look forward to their arrival!

The Blue Team from The Maids lead by Matilde did an exceptional job cleaning our house after a construction job left dust over furniture, in cabinets, in dishes, on blinds and windows. The worst customer service around. Be careful...if you don’t sign up to be a regular customer, they will turn you away for a single cleaning. The website is misleading.
