My carpets and area rugs look new again. I like that they use steam extraction. It cleans so much better than other methods!

I was in the final two days prior to moving out of my apartment when the management informed me of a professional carpet cleaning requirement (No, I did not find this requirement in the lease). I immediately texted John the Butler. It was already after standard business hours so I wasnt counting on a response until the following business day. I typically wouldnt do so but I was extremely short on time and urgently needed to schedule an appointment. Well, it was my lucky day! I received a prompt response! To my relief they had a cancellation which provided an opening for me in the following afternoon. John the Butler confirmed the appointment and provided arrival time updates the two hours prior to my appointment. Gary and Rues smiling faces arrived on time and immediately got to work after putting on their masks (coronavirus conscious indeed). They work in synch with each other and set up their equipment in a flash! Plastic barriers were used to prevent the hoses from marking the walls/corners. Their work is thorough yet timely. The cleaner solution has a pleasant scent. Gary and Rue are dependable, friendly, trustworthy, hard working and efficient. John the Butler is a locally owned business Im proud to support and to have in the Sarasota community!

My carpet is so clean!! I am very happy with the professional and friendly service I got. They did a wonderful job (even super treating the spots the litter of foster puppies left behind). I didnt want to go with some big impersonal company that just hires anyone off the street. I wanted a local company with local people that I know would do a good job. John the Butler did an excellent job with my carpets, sofa and chairs. They are priced very fairly and competitively but have the advantage of being local. I will use them again and again. (we still have pets and I still have carpet.....)

My Wife an I have carpet samples in our home currently. We were thinking our carpets were in need of replacing. We’re “that house” that all the kids come and hang out and sleepover always so our carpets and furniture have way more use than most homes. So I saw a review here on Next Door about how reasonable and professional this Company is. I spoke to the Wife and she said there’s no way they’ll be able to make the carpets look good enough to meet her approval. I said we should give them a shot. She hesitantly agreed. So I called them yesterday and Rue Smith answered and had availability for today. Gary and Rue both showed up and we liked them instantly. We also showed them our sectional and many other big carpets. They had a machine that belonged in some futuristic movie and commenced to cleaning everything. All I can say is all the carpets, the master, both the girls room and the stairs and the big Persians look like we just bought them yesterday!!! The sectional looks brand new!! I’ve hired many carpet cleaners and had upholstery cleaned many times over the years but nothing even comes close to this Company. I truly believe they saved me many thousands in replacements and that makes me really happy. This Husband and Wife team of John the Butler were professional, courteous, easygoing and kind spirits who are tremendously interesting. (I guess that’s because they’re Yankees!). First class A+ rating. I never even asked them for an estimate and when I got the bill I expected to pay much much more. I actually feel a little guilty considering how awesome a job they did. Simply....WOW
