For 5 garments to be dry cleaned it was $72.55 total. They don’t give you a ticket with the prices listed - had they given me the price list I would have gone elsewhere. This is absolutely insane! PLUS $4.75 for environmental fee!!!!! I asked the customer service rep why so expensive - her response was “I don’t know.” Unacceptable on so many fronts. I could have bought a new dress, pair of shoes OR both. Will absolutely not return!

Top notch customer service. Recently while having a alteration fitting another customer inadvertently left with the keys to my car, home, office etc. Of course I thought I had lost them but seemed impossible in the limited area I had been from car to inside. Debbie spent at least 30 min helping me search for them and then had the brilliant idea of calling the only customer that had been in while I was present. Long story short that customer had swept the keys into her purse and eventually the story ended well. I cannot stress strongly enough how kind and considerate Debbie treated me. During my extended visit waiting for Uber etc. I had the opportunity to observe her interactions with other customers. Each and everyone of them was treated as if they were the only customer. This was also my experience setting aside the key fiasco. One gets the feel of a small community business that really cares about repeat business and knows how to get it, at least if Debbie is any indication of company policy as a whole.If you have read all of this, Thank youI believed my newest friend deserved recognition.
