Meticulous attention to detail, from surface preparation, through the mortar mix, and to the final sealing coat....excellent work! Our 30-year old home looks like it has a brand-new brick trim and facade, thanks to the craftsmanship of the (almost) lost art of brick re-pointing that was done for us by your crew. Thanks!

No call and no show. A little communication would have been appreciated. I did receive a call at the end of day to let me know they forgot about the appointment, and if I’d like to reschedule. No thanks!! As a working mom of two kids who attend two different schools, rescheduling is not easy. My recommendation is to not waste your time, I’m going with a different company!

I called three different fireplace places and they were the first ones to come out and I was so impressed that I canceled the other two and hired them they got the job done beautifully made sure everything was perfect this is the place for you.

Chimney Cricket showed up on time and were highly professional. They checked out my entire system from my chimney cap to the fireplace itself. They cleaned the entire fireplace while confirming proper installation with the manufacturer and troubleshooting. They repaired my fireplace and cleaned up properly afterwards. They were extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

The Chimnee Cricket crew were very professional. They were on time and quickly made my old unlined fireplace operational and safe. They got right to work and quickly lined the flue, insulated the flue, repointed the chimney where it had crumbled, dealt with damper issues, and replaced the chimney cap. Looks great!While certainly not inexpensive, I felt the price was fair and the work of high quality.

Good, quick service. Took a look at my fireplace and gave me a tutorial on how to use it. Arrived after the window they assigned me, but called me prior to let me know they were running behind. No problem recommending them. Price was what was quoted over the phone.

We had an electric fireplace along with a stone front and side wall was put into our living room. It is a beautiful addition to our living space. From start to finish, this company provided professional and timely installation including communication and adjustment in the time frame and billing as needed and warranted. The stone mason did an outstanding job in working very diligently in order to get the perfect coordinated coloration for the stonework. Clean-up and finish up of any and all wall intrusions was great. Highly recommended.

I can’t attest to their work quality but then again I never had the opportunity too because I waited 3 weeks for a quote that never came. Made a request for a quote 2.5 weeks ago. Didn’t show up for scheduled quote appointment, I called to ask what happened & they realized they had made a scheduling mistake & had someone drop by on his way home from work. That was Tuesday. Emailed Thursday morning to follow up on quote. Didn’t get it. Called Thursday afternoon to follow up on quote. Didn’t get it. Nothing all day Friday. So we hired a different company to do the work for us. I don’t believe I should have to chase a business down to do their job, & if their work is anything like their quoting process... I’m definitely better off with a different company.

So...these folks not only made sure we had a good reflector, not only fixed our chimney from leaking, not only gave us an accurate assessment...but when I reached out for a stupid help request they were very kind to respond at no charge. I applaud this suppliers diversity and their customer focus.Bless these folks for being good people. Thank you!!!

Repeated problems with Jon..I am assuming he is the owner..hired them to do chimney capn replacement work..scheduled to show up on June 22..they never showed up and never called to say they were not coming and I had paid them. 50% deposit..after 3 phone calls they finally show up 3 weeks later and I asked for photos when complete since I was out of the country..4 days later no photos and had to call in again and finally received..also asked them to install glass door..Jon takes measurements and gives me a very large brochure..call into their office 3 times to place order and was not allowed to place order because staff did not have measurements from Jon to provide me a quote..fast forward with all this 6 weeks and Jon send an email stating “he is working on it”..9 days later and still no follow up and when I call them out on the lack of follow up..Mr Jon tries to place blame on me as the customer for not making a door selection..very disappointing and baffling customer service experience that I have experienced in 20+ years of owning homes in Florida

Requested chimney inspection and cleaning. Very satisfied with the work. Arrived exactly when they said they would and even called 30min ahead to let me know they were on their way. Extremely polite and professional.

I found that contact with all members of the Chimnee Cricket Team was pleasant, professional, competent and helpful. Reynaldo, who installed the products we obtained did a wonderful job. He is a keeper! I would use Chimnee Cricket for all fireplace related maintenance and repairs.

Hired the company to clean my chimney. They arrived on time and did a great job. They were very neat, left no mess and I would recommend them.

Had the misfortune of initially hiring this company. After overpaying for cleaning and waiting weeks for their repair quote, we called Carl at Top Hat Chimney. He was at our house the following morning, delightful and professional. He also completed the the repair at a full 820% less than these gougers. Top Hat earned a new loyal and satisfied customer today.

I had an appointment for weeks and this company even confirmed it twice. They said that they would be here at 1PM and I called at 3 PM and they promised they would be here between 4-5. They called at 4:30 stating they couldnt make today. I took time off away from a terminally sick mom and work. Very sketchy and NOT RELIABLE!!!

DO NOT order from their website! Unless, of course, you like deceptive business practices. They offer free shipping (orders over $99) but nevertheless CHARGE you for shipping anyway. Then when you ask about the shipping charge; they say that the “shipping” charge that is listed on the invoice is really a “processing fee”. Funny how that “processing fee” is NOT listed anywhere on the website.

Made appointment. No one showed up after I paid to have someone stay at my house to be there for appointment. Person called and company claims I never had appointment. I wouldnt waste my time calling this very unprofessional company.
