Mathew was the worst of all that work there. He only cares about getting your money Thats it. There delivery was horrible and damaged my house in multiple places costing me time and money. Still waiting over 3 weeks to process my returns and they say they might get to it in a week or two. I definitely would not recommend Matthew or cabinets to go in Sarasota. Stay far away.

My experience with Matthew Charland and Cabinets To Go has been terrible. I started my process of working with this company in January of this year and so far I have been through an absolute nightmare. Before deciding to hire this company to build my kitchen I had a few other options to work with but I chose this company because they promised they had everything that was necessary available to provide me with the original design I was looking for. This company makes you pay in full up front for one reason, and that is to give them the leverage to deliver to you whatever they want, when they want. Throughout the process on waiting for my order, I got random up charge for certain details that they forgot to charge me on. Then we had to make changes and adjustments to our kitchen because they did not have certain parts to complete my original design even after they promised they had everything necessary. I was even up-charged for these adjustments that I had no control over. I asked them not to deliver anything until they had my entire kitchen/cabinets complete and in full to avoid mistakes or missing items. They went ahead and delivered the kitchen months later anyways with a handful of incomplete parts. I then hired an installer who was recommended by them who was working on my kitchen for months only with what he had available to him. The installer himself did not do a bad job however, we got to a point where we ran out of parts and he had to go out of town on a family emergency. He begged me to pay him for the installation in full to cover an emergency and he would be back to finish when the remaining parts arrived. I paid him for his service even though he was not finished and until this day in July, I still have no received my entire kitchen. Every phone call I make to Cabinets To Go turns into a headache because these people are so rude, hard to deal with and seem not to care about my situation. They are now refusing to give me a full credit back for the part of my kitchen that I never received. I have now paid for an entire kitchen and the installation of it and I am left with an incomplete kitchen. Coming from a business owner, I was hoping that I was hiring a professional company that would help me through this difficult process of designing my dream kitchen and handling it for me. I have gone through a horrible experience and still left with an incomplete kitchen to share with my family.

Very knowledgeable and I didnt feel pressured as is the feeling I usually get when asking an employee a miscellaneous question. I understand that is their goal but I dont want to feel persuaded. I want to feel helped. Help me make my decision you know. Anyways, thats how I felt in my interaction with Sandra. Their prices are reasonable and you will not be disappointed in doing business with Cabinets to Go. Thank you very much!

I am so thrilled with my new kitchen. The professionalism and overall helpfulness of the sales associates of this store is outstanding. They really do care that your kitchen installation and end-product looks like you envisioned and maybe even better. They held our cabinets until the installation could be scheduled, and went out of their way when additional unanticipated filler stock was needed the day of installation. These men are truly great to work with. Thank you Josh, Bob and James for your great service.

One would think sales people would at least greet you. Getting help was as easy and painless as pulling teeth. Uuugghhh! Only 1 other customer in store. And 2 sales reps. Yet 0 attention. Uuugggghhh!

MY experience with Becky, the sales associate was excellent. She knows the business and is very professional. The warehouseman is another story however. When I arrived at a prescheduled day to pick up my order, the man was whiny at best about being overworked, not having been able to sort a shipment received last week. I had to listen to all his troubles and finally after waiting for at least 20 minutes, he located my order. He needs more training.

I went to Cabinets To Go to pick up my order today, I cannot tell you how pleasant Becky was! When I got there she informed me the warehouse person had just left for lunch, well that was the last thing I wanted to hear, I had already spent the last two days arguing with a contractor For doing such a nasty hack job on my house I wasnt in the mood. I probably shouldnt have gone there today!And all the while Becky bent over backwards to get my cabinets for me. She came running out after me and said we can go get them out of the warehouse right now if you want and she helped me load them in the truck and do everything. I did Apologize for taking it out on her. She made me feel so much better just by being a decent non judging person. By the time we had everything loaded into the truck I had such a weight lifted off my shoulders thanks to Becky! So if you are looking for cabinets countertops & best nicest salesperson in the business stop at Cabinets To Go in Sarasota and ask for Becky. Ps, my cabinets are Awesome!

We could not be happier with our new cabinets. Jeff our salesman was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. Our installer Dave was on time, professional and did the little things that make for a quality install. Our entire experience was worth every penny which, by the way, was considerably less than other quotes from Lowes and Home Depot. Great job guys!!!

Our experience with Cabinets To Go could not have been better. The tradesmen suggested by Matthew, our designer, were very professional, timely, and skilled. We purchased the Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring through the company and are very happy with both the quality and the look. We were able to lay the new tiles right over the existing tile flooring which saved time and money. The cabinets are nice quality and the quartz counter tops are beautiful. We had interviewed at least five different companies before we committed to Cabinets To Go because of the quality of products and the confidence they instilled in us to do the job well. We werent disappointed and would not hesitate to recommend Matthew(designer), Mike(flooring team), Gregory (Top Notch cabinet installer), and the counter installers from Natural Stone Countertops of Sarasota. Hands down one of the best experiences in a remodel Ive had. Josh put together an amazing layout for my small kitchen, that is very functional. I was shocked how easily the cabinets assembled and quality of the material. The store manager James is very hands on and his attention to detail is spot on. After my parents retired and moved to Sarasota, their house was in desperate need of some renovations---one of the first things being the kitchen. I stayed down there for a week to help them get settled and decided to call Cabinets to Go to see what they had to offer as far as cabinets go. I was blown away by the level of customer service that they demonstrated. I just brought in my measurements and they quickly gave me a bunch of great options without being pushy. The cabinets we decided on look fantastic and were super easy to put together. My parents are still happy with them and even used Cabinets to Go again when they decided to install bathroom cabinets. You cant beat the price either! I definitely recommend these guys.

This is my second purchase at Cabinets To Go. I was so pleased with the quality of their kitchen cabinets I decided to do both of my bathrooms.

I called for a quote for custom cabinets for a laundry room. Was treated like I had no idea what I was talking. Then asked if 4 inches was going to kill me regarding filler options. I thanked them for their time. I will not be taking my business where they speak to clients that way. Completely unprofessional.
