Had my guest bath remodeled. Had a great experience, jim had some great ideas. Cute showroom on 41. Good value, pricing out my master shower now

We made an appointment for a bathroom renovation consultation. Two hours before the appointment we got a call from a young woman who said the sales consultant was ill and we needed to reschedule. We agreed on a Friday and he showed up unannounced the day before. He spent an hour in our bathroom taking measurements and asking questions. He promised us he’d email a proposal in a few days. That was several weeks and we haven’t heard anything back. Nothing! It’s incredible that any business would treat a potential customer in such a rude, cavalier and disrespectful manner. If just getting an estimate proved so difficult I could only imagine dealing with them during a major renovation.

Jim @ Baths, Kitchens, More quoted a repair/remodel for my offsite laundry room. He was very timely in stopping by to inspect for an estimate. The price was very reasonable and the work was done very fast...around my schedule. Definitely would use their services in the future.
