Called to discuss getting a new homeowners policy with Richard Lee. Terrible demeanor, stand-offish and robotic. No guidance, help or coaching which I needed since my family is new to the area.

Dylan Krempel was so knowledgeable and got right back to me about rates for a car in Sarasota,Florida. He explained things to me that I wasn’t aware of, and was very patient. How nice to talk with someone and feel as though you are being taken care of. Thank you Dylan Krempel, very appreciated.

The representative took forever to cancel my policy and process a refund, not to mention they were very unresponsive in the beginning. Got my refund 2 months after canceling. I wanted to cancel plans for both cars and they did it one by one.

I have been a policy holder with Jason Flatch for years. He is so efficient and has always made sure I had all of the correct coverage and also made sure I understood my policy! Recently I added another vehicle to my policy and the process was super easy due to Jane McDonald! She is caring, professional and like Jason, made sure I understood my new policy! Been with Jason Flatch for over 10 years. Always polite and the phone is answered on a couple rings. They dont try to sell you things you dont need and take the time to explain what your policy covers and what gaps you might have and let you decide what coverage to choose. Rates are good and as long as your driving record doesnt change your rates stay the same, none of this ticking your costs up each year like others do.

Okay Jane McDonald was very kind and patient and provided a super excellent level of service. I really often time in customer service people give bad reviews so for that reason I just want to let you guys know.I want this good review provided on her next review for a raise.

We purchased a couple of life insurance policies several years ago. We just learned from an outside source that one of the policies Phoenix was going out of business and purchased from another company that were stuck with and Jason Flatch/State Farm will no longer service this policy. I was told by rep Richard that the onus is on us to figure out now the policy details that we never agreed to. Were discouraged and disappointed that Jason Flatch agent didnt reach out to us and notify us and or offer another policy that wouldnt cost us anything to convert to a policy managed by State Farm that we signed for originally years ago. Buyer be ware the policy you purchase today, could be completely different with another company in the future from what youre being sold now.

This StateFarm agent messed up all of our accounts. He had to redo the policy of our 2 cars three times and made mistake all the time and because of those mistakes our policies had been cancelled and the insurance rate goes up to 1800$ from 700$.I wouldnt suggest anyone to go this agent.

Jason Never is always nowhere to be found, leaves everything to his secretaries. Not worth the trouble, I’m changing insurances.
