Penske has become a favorite for my family for the past two years and will remain our favorite truck rental company for the foreseeable future. The initial contact, rental rates, in trip service and the drop off makes the customer feel appreciated because of services and courteous employees. I have used Penske on 5 separate times to affect my familys staged moves that saved me thousands of dollars.I tip my hat to the company. Military families should call Penske first. Very terrible customer service I was scheduled to pick up a truck at 4 there was no one there it said call a number I called it and it went to voicemail now Im stuck moving without a truck oh well maybe Ill just move next month convenient, Not
