Very slow I was second in line checked in at 710am they wanted me to wait till 11 am because no one wanted to put 4 tires on my vehicle

FOURTEEN DOLLARS to balance a tire.Please save your money.buy a tire from walmart and go ANYWHERE else and have it put on.

Auto center has a nasty habit of selling you a lifetime balance and then forgetting to do it every time you come for an oil change or other service and request it be done. I had to take my truck back up there after purchasing two new tires (that they just slapped on the front, instead of the rear, which is proper) and cancel an out of town trip to get it done as requested. New tires on back, rotate and balance the other two. Shop manager was polite and took care of me but it was still 2 more hours after they had already had it almost 3 earlier in the day. If you arent on a budget, go somewhere else.

My experience wasnt pleasant.

Do yourself a favor. Buy a plant from the nursery so you can water it and watch it grow as you wait on these people. No joke. I have a full blown sunflower patch.

I give them five stars. They stay busy, but consistent. Be sure to ask for Roger if you get tire work done. The guy is the best at what he does.

Service people are nice but the oil change takes FOREVER! You save money but pay it off with your time. Not express oil change.

Left work for lunch 30 minutes early to beat lunch crowds for an oil change. When i arrived, there was no one ahead of me. They still didnt finish until 1:30.

Traveling on a business trip, showed up at 6:37 pm, close at 7. Told me they were not taking any more cars even though no one else was there. Came back at 6:48 am the next morning for 7 am opening. Opened doors at 7:23. Finished basic oil change at 8:12. I see a business opportunity for someone!

I came in for a full set of new tires and an oil change. I was the second car in line when the door opened. It took nearly 4 hours and probably would have taken longer had the department manager not shown up. In the future i think Ill be taking my business elsewhere..

False advertisements. They do not do alignments. But tire service was good but slow.

Waited an hour and a half to be told they cant fix a flat. This time, they claim the problem was too close to the sidewall. Last time it was because one of the lug nuts was stripped. Both times, I took it to someone else and they had no problem with it. Seems to me they just dont want to fix flats.

Didnt open until 7:15, took about 2 hours for service only a few workers present. Walmart should hire more help. I dont blame workers, I guess its scheduling, lack thereof or not enough employees.

Just not very good. They changed my oil and had to replace my oil pan due to cross threading the plug. This is the day before needing to leave on a trip.

The woman at the auto desk overcharged.Then when one charge was taken off, she kept another on the receipt without addressing it Until confronted. I feel as if she was purposely trying to steal the money since the transaction was made in cash.

I had to wait almost 3 hours after an oil change because Management had to OKThe Service. They couldnt find a Manager who was qualified. Never Again!! Gross Mismanagement. This is the Walmart on Hwy. 158 in Saraland, AL. DONT BOTHER!

Went to auto center Saraland location to get battery checked. Battery was bad was told it would be a while had 7 customers in front of us. Waited almost an hour and a half to be told sorry we dont have your battery. It seems like they would check on that first. By the time they finally told us most other places were already closed. So here we are scrambling to find a battery.

Had to hunt down a worker...only had 1 in the whole department trying to do everything by herself

I waited 20 minutes on someone to help me in the auto department. No one seemed to care. No one has a key to get a taillight for a truck and they don’t know who to get to come unlock it.Someone finally came at 7:20 am. They were clueless that they were needed.

Called ahead to make sure they had the tires I needed was told yes. Get there and an hour and half later they come out and say sorry we only have one tire. I noticed they over charged me slightly and brought that up as well. Got my refund but they were very unprofessional with the customer service.

I always get my tires and oil changed at Walmart

They are suppose to open at 7 oclock but when they have to put out all the displays I wasnt waited on until 7:15 uh!!!!
