My mom went in because her phone wasn’t working properly. Me. Jason Pratt assisted her with finding a phone to suit her needs. He was patient and understanding as he explained features about the phone. Mr. Pratt ordered get a phone case and sent it to her. She loves it!! Thank you Mr. Pratt for taking care of my mom!

My husband and I have been a Verizon customer for years; but never have we experienced such personal service that we received from Jason at the Saraland store. He took time to assist us in selecting phones, and showed us all of the features. He even made a follow-up phone call to see if we could operate our phones and if we had any questions.

Adam Sizemore was so very helpful today. My granddaughter is in Europe and had her phone stolen. She was able to contact me via her friends phone. She was all distraught. I went to the Verizon store in Saraland and Adam helped me with this problem including walking me through the process of filing a claim with the insurance company. Since my granddaughters phone is on my plan all the information was right there in the store and available. Adam was both professional and caring and met all our needs with genuine concern.

My husbands phone completely died. He went to Verizon in Saraland, AL.The service he received from Rocky was outstanding! Rocky was professional, knowledgeable and a great person to work with. Very rare in this day and age. I contacted Rocky via phone from SC to follow up on what my husbands plan was and after talking with Rocky myself came up with a better plan that will work even better for my husband. Thank you Rocky. You are awesome.This is why I have been a Verizon customer for years!

Ricky James helped with switching our service and buying new devices. He was very patient and extremely nice. There were several hiccups while switching but he worked on it until everything was solved with a smile on his face.

Eric helped set me my wife and kids up with 2 v60s and 2 motorola edge pluses. We LOVE these phones. WAAAY better then the iphones or samsung that we had. Please see mr Eric Butler i normally dont write reviews but he is by far one of the most helpful and nicest people i ever met.

I am terrible at remembering names. But the 2 folks working tonight (Tuesday Dec 1) in Saraland were A+. A lady and a gentleman (Jason maybe? Bad at names) I came it around 6-630 my OnePlus 6T wasnt reading sim card. We went thru every possible thought and idea to try to fix it with no luck. They stayed late, well past closing to help me, I felt so bad they stayed late to help me! Unfortunately we thought phone was done for. Well I wanted to share with them that when I got home I was able to manually install a new update file and it fixed the phone!!! I am back in business! Great employee!

Very Nice and helpful

I live in Chickasaw Alabama and Verizon cell service is bad, very bad. Bought a KYOCERA E6910 phone February 21 2020 and have had storage problems ever since. Verizon customer service told me my storage card was bad, bought a new one. Phone tells me I need more storage space, (64gb) so I buy a 256gb storage card. Now the phone doesnt recognize the card. Customer service tells me Im on a busy tower concerning poor cell service. Maybe I need another provider.

I Switched from another carrier and the process was completely painless. Shana explained my options and even gave me her cell phone number! This was by far the best experience I’ve had with cell phone carriers.

Ive been with Verizon my entire cellular life. From Jet Pack, to different phones, an ASUS Zen Pad, and couldnt be more happy with my service and connectivity. Everyone Ive had the pleasure of dealing with, has gone beyond what one would expect from a representative. I never have any problems having good reception and network. I recommend to everyone, that I feel Verizon is #1 with me and they should have the same great carrier and service. Thank you, Verizon for being the best in every way.

Terrible couldnt help me in anyway

I got there just before they were closing at 8 oclock and I was able to buy my new phone the LG V10 and I love it and the staff was incredible and I was there until 10 oclock and nobody had a problem with transferring my contacts transferring my data making sure all of my email accounts work set up and secured on the new device the only thing they didnt do was buy me dinner and thats okay. If you need true customer service Indy cellular Field you need to get your butt to this location because these people care about their customers

I went in to the Hwy 43 Saraland Al store and the customer service was wonderful! This one lady was helping this couple around 90 years old lean how to use their phone and she was so very patient with them.

They are very nice and helpful when I go into the store.

I went in to get a new phone and start a phone plan and the customer service was extremely professional. I would recommend this store to anyone! The guy who helped me was Anthony Castro, he was personable, knowledgeable, and super nice.

Kristen help us to change over from an other carrier, she made this so easy and seemless. She has also helped in adjusting from an iPhone to an android which I love. Ive never had a problem with this Verizon store.....until I got my newest phone. They couldnt get my contacts transferred over.....And.....they werent helpful with it, at all. Extremely unprofessional service.

Wilfred went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. I was at the point of cancelling my account and abandoning Verizon altogether when I walked into the store today but Wilfred took the time to listen to concerns and worked through some of the concerns that I had. After our conversation I am still a Verizon customer and I will be adding a line in the near future. Im also going to be SURE that I get back with Wilfred. Ask for him when you get there and youll be taken care of.

Just went into this store for help with my 4g jetpact pack. She looked me in the eye and said, this doesnt work on our new 5g network .You need a new jetpack. SHE LIED to my face. I wrote this on my 4g jet pack that does work anymore. Thanks LIER.

This place is a joke! Ive tried doing business with them 3 times now and each time Ive been told I dont know we are just a retailer for Verizon and not actually part of VerizonTake the Verizon sign off the building then.

Walked right in, didnt have to wait to get a new LG G7. They didnt know how to transfer stuff from my old Windows phone to my new Android LG. They said to come back later and they would figure it out. The guy said he would email Me a link of the procedure, but I never got it. I Had to figure everything out for myself. The attendant was in a hurry for us to leave.

Bought a charger for samsung cash, they gave me one for iphone. I camed to exchange it and they were out so i asked for my money back since i payed cash. They said they dont give cash back, they have to send me a check. I would not recommend them for anything
