Im new to the area. I was driving by on mission gorge and saw Santee Nail shop. I called to make an appointment and have been coming here ever since. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. I got a fill a couple of weeks ago and because of covid, my service was outside. They had the pop up canopies outside to provide shade. They have all the proper PPE on and they take your temperature at the door. Overall, this is the best nail salon in the area. I am so happy I found my new nail spot that is so close to home.

I always get a great set if nails when I go here. Mai (sp?) Always does my nails and they look fantastic every time. They also do fantastic pedicures as well. I absolutely LOVE this place and will be coming back.

So when I first moved to the area, I had my nails done with a gel over lay. It peeled off I about a week. During the service I inquired about another service. The young girl working at the location was very rude and bossy. The restroom was not clean and the sanitation area was cluttered with open food containers and it was dusty and dirty. I didnt complain, because of course we dont want to hurt a business. I went back another time just to try them out again and the young girl did not provide good or decent customer service. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Purple hair Jenny...I love the work these ladies do! Theyre friendly and professional and they do an absolutely outstanding job on my acrylics with gel and my pedicures. Im sure Im not their best customer ever but they always make me feel like I am! Thanks Santee Nails! You guys are fabulous!

Ive been coming here off and on for years. I dont get my nails done regularly but when I do I come here. They are so sweet and do great work, if for any reason youre not satisfied they make it right. Very clean too!

I have always loved​ Santee Nails. But Ive noticed a decline in service over the last couple years. The ladies are sweet and used to take good care of me. They get really busy sometimes and have to rush, so I always try to call first to see how many people are there. Not sure what happened, but Ive been really unhappy the last handful of times Ive gone.

Ive been here a few times and Ive always had good experiences when Brit or Nikki does my nails but the last 2 times Ive gone, a lady with very short hair and kind of boyish clothes did my nails. I dont know what her name was but shes not very experienced and both time Ive had her I wasnt happy with the result and when I got my nails done on st Patricks Day my thumb nail fell off the same night I was going to get it fixed the following morning but my fingers hurt and I noticed small cuts around my cuticle on multiple fingers so when my nails are finished healing I will be finding a new place to go

Ive been here twice. And both times I was not happy with the outcome of my nails. I wont be going there ever again. The nail technicians are nice but not very good at doing nails. I had my mani done using gel polish and both times they came out uneven and lumpy.

I would NEVER recommend this nail salon to anyone. Total waste of time and money. Worst pedicure ever. Nail tech was rude and unprofessional. Unfortunate that good people are being wrongfully taken advantage of by this place.

Be aware that there gift certificates expire.

No where else Id rather go for any nail service and the only place to not only have the skill but the care for customers as well!

I know the ladies and they know me. And they always know exactly what I want and how I want it. I love how they do my nails when I go in there.

Most awful nail salon Ive been to! My french manicure Im taking off the second I get home because its embarrassing looking and I have to file my nails myself because the edges arent smooth.

Ok well my first time ever going here and i, at first, liked it a lot. it wasnt crowded and the lady who did my nails was nice and friendly so if i could rate them just on customer service it would be yea they are great! but since what people care about is the job they do unfortunatley this place sucks! I got a mani and had gels and asked for a design on four of my nails. pricing was pretty good i was only charged 30.00 but i had asked for cheetah print and instead got splotchy polka dots that looked like a first grader had done them. but i ignored this thought ok maybe she had never done that before and was gonna brush it off. but to make matters worse my nails fell off within 3 days!!!! three stinking days and they were falling apart!! thats a big no no for less than 30 i could have bought cheap press ons and gotten more for my money so no sorry i will not be going back

Gel nails didnt even last a week. Not worth $22 😔 Giving 3 stars because the lady was very nice.
