I have a 30 ft. travel trailer and needed TPMS sensors installed. I already had the sensors in hand. I called and spoke with Tony and he scheduled me for an early morning visit when I could bring my trailer and drop it off. They had the sensors installed and ready to go by noon. Tony made the whole experience very pleasant. He had the employees park their cars in front of my trailer at drop off so that I wouldnt get blocked in for pickup. Thank you Tony for being so helpful.

Ever since I first came in for an oil change they have taken care of me ! They do quality work and make sure my car is safe to drive ! I get my oil changes from here, my tires and other work ! I’d make it a day though because they can get pretty busy !On my most recent visit I did not have my card & though they take Apple Pay the sushi restaurant in their plaza doesn’t.. I had already walked all the way to cvs and back and ordered my food …So I was prepared to walk back to the bank when the guy working on my car took money out of his wallet to pay for my meal ! It’s things like this that make it easy for me to come back !I’ve got to witness some history too one of the workers who had been their since opening and recently retired .. I’ve even seen management change ! No matter what it seems this particular tire choice is in good hands ! They aren’t too expensive compared to other places I’ve gone to !

Took car in because of nail in tire. Luckily I had the hazard insurance (~$25 per tire) which includes repair, rotate, etc. Got the tire fixed, no hassle. Forgot to ask for the rotation and the guy didnt bring it up. Thought about it once I got home. He might have just forgot but I wish he would have reminded me that it was free and that I had never had tires rotated since I bought the tires (2 years ago).

We dont feel that they are trying to cheat us into buying or fixing something we dont need. Its always straight to the point with them. Which is really nice because alot of other places try to rip people off into buying or fixing things that are not needed.

These guys were awesome. I had called around to some other places seeing if they would do tires on a 30ft class C with dual rear tires and no one would. These guys got me in, just a few hours before closing and even stayed late to get it done that night, even though I said it wasn’t necessary. The price was good and service was great. I highly recommend these guys.

I just passed by these guys one day looking for a new tire after a bad blowout. I was heading to Discount Tires but decided to swing in here. Great interior. Friendly and helpful staff. The manager at the front was very helpful and tried his best to expedite.

Went in to get new set of tires for my new wheels. The tires were high profile tires for GTR R35, and they didn’t have them in stock. Order was placed and estimated only two days wait. However, Tony was able to get them delivered one day sooner!! The level of customer service is beyond five stars. I’m one happy customer!!

I went to Tire Choice today because Jeep dealership told me I needed my Transmission serviced. Angel and his team looked at it and said it was fine. My Jeep Cherokee only has 75,000 miles on it🤷🏼‍♀️. Angel was super nice and informative. I did have them clean my fuel injection system and my car is running nice and smooth. I buy my tires here and have whatever else done that is not under warranty. Very happy with them 😊

Do not go to this shop if you have drum brakes. Had my brakes done about 2 months ago before moving. They kept delaying the return, saying they needed a couple more hours. Turns out the reason they needed more time is they have NO idea how to replace drum brakes.My wheel started making a weird noise yesterday and so I took it to a local shop and low and behold they didnt put the spring kit on right at all so it popped off and scaped up everything inside the wheel. They checked the other wheel and turns out the spring came off on that one too. On top of that part of their fix for my front brakes included using a ZIP-TIE and they failed properly diagnose my break drums.

I would recommend this location to anyone in need of great service and quality work! Steve was so wonderful he took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my tons of questions. He got me in right before close and didn’t hesitate to make sure I was on the road safe and sound! He was so wonderful and caring I will be back soon for another service I need to have done soon!!Amazing amazing amazing amazing!!Ask for Steve!!

Because of Covid, and having been furloughed, I had been putting off getting my cars A/C and headlights fixed for many months. But today, I finally got up the gumption to bring my car in for servicing, and had a lovely, speedy, and quality experience. Steve was pleasant, personable, and is probably the first person to educate me about my vehicle without making me feel I was being talked down to. I cant say how much that meant to me. I do not live in close proximity to this shop (about 25 miles away), but the customer service I receive from the store manager Steve is top notch and well worth the drive. Every time I need my vehicle serviced, from routine things such as an oil change, to replacing my rack and pinion and crank shaft seal, Steve’s knowledge of vehicles is on full display. He really tries to figure out what the issue is, and not give you the run around like so many other repair shops. Steve is also honest with pricing and doesn’t try to up-charge you for not being a specialist like he is. His crew is friendly, customer oriented, and quick workers. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to be treated right and who cares about your vehicle. You won’t be disappointed. I will continue to only have me vehicle service by Steve and his crew.

First time to this location as Tire Choice. We have been a customer of Steve, the Manager, from quite a way back. His customer service is fantastic and he is very thorough in explaining everything to you. When there are few items that need to be done, he is very detailed in letting you know what is critical that needs to be done now & when repair costs are a factor he lets you know if something can wait a bit & how long. He has always treated our family courteously & always been honest. That is a quality that sometimes is hard to find with service repairs. Very highly recommend Steve! We will continue with him at the new Tire Choice.

Had to get an oil change advertised 25$ told me I had synthetic oil and charged me 65$ on top of doing my breaks. Left paying almost 400. The work needed to be done. Okay! Was I happy about the price no! But the guy was nice and friendly

I used to love this place when it was Goodyear. Great staff, always friendly, felt like they wanted the best for you. New management treats you like your a burden. Rude from the moment we stepped in and was rude to other customers while we were in the store. We came in to get a battery replaced and we found out we needed an alternator. We told him we couldn’t afford it today and he tried to get us to sign up for the credit card, we told him we didn’t want to. He looked at us smugly and said “It won’t start you know.” I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody

I got to the garage close to closing time and these guys diagnosed a problem with my alternator. Well they replaced my bad alternator immediately, even staying late to get me back on the road, how is that for customer service. I am a customer for life they are very hardworking and thorough.

Excellent customer service! Called them this afternoon after I found out that I had a flat tire. I explained to them that I do not know how to change my spare tire and that I need their help. Arturo one of the guy there came to where I was and changed my tire. Back at their shop Arturo inspected by tire and found out that I had a nail. I bought the 3 year unlimited alignment for my wifes car so I had many experiences here. I can tell you that they are not very competent and are rude to their customers too. Several disappointing experiences here. The last one was the final straw. They told me that the tie rod on the passenger side was frozen. This means that the locking nut was stuck in one position and couldnt be moved. I was able to break it free in a couple of minutes and I am not a mechanic at a specialty shop. Also they didnt tighten the lock nut against the outer tie rod so two weeks later I found the inner tie rod was unscrewing itself as my wife drove. Stay away from this place.

Brought my car here for an engine diagnostic cause my car was running really bad, rough, and sometimes it would stalled on me. Have taken my wifes car for an oil change and tire rotation three times. Yes, it was a little pricey and it took time. However, when we took it in to fix a leak in the tire and get it balanced, they took care of it free of charge. Many people complain about their suggesting extra work on the vehicle but all they do is go off the manufacturers recommendations. Because of the people at this establishment I will continue to bring my business here.

I was quoted about an hour and a half. Three hours later, I was still there and the job was not done.I felt like I was going to make Joel cry by not agreeing to him upselling me on products. I felt so bad about hurting his feelings. The sad puppy dog face makes things kind of awkward as they tried to upsell the same job for the 6th time.I had an appointment, but he tried writing up a new ticket so that he would get the commission instead.Employees being on commission really brings down the level of customer service.It sounded like they were debating on who would take an oil change call and get a little commission. It seemed like the customer had to wait on hold longer due to them not wanting to take the call.
