I have had 3 vehicles repaired here and every time I have been there was a very good experience. From the initial visit for estimate, interem visits and final pick up they will have you feeling like you are part of the group. All my questions are answered as if they are most important. When I drop in unannounced during the work on my vehicle, without even being asked, I am escorted from the the clean home like reception area to their clean orderly workshop so I can see exactly what is being done at that particular stage of the repair. Im introduced to the tech currently working on my car at that stage and he shows me what has been done, what he is doing and what still needs to be done. The finished product is like it just came out of the showroom. Perfect. Do I recommend these guys? Absolutely! Two thumbs up! Five stars!

The best!!! No other way to put it. Rob and his team at Llyods Collision & Paint have the best customer service and amazing, quality work!!! The also work with your insurance directly to handle your claims in a smooth manner. I must mention that their prices are amazing too. Ive been to Lloyds on 3 separate occasions with 3 separate vehicles which you can see in the pictures below. First with my Nissan Titan where the team color matched my bumpers and end caps on my Nissan Titan perfectly. Then I brought in some body panels off my Polaris RZR to have them painted matte black...another flawless job by Rob and his team.The last incident was very unfortunate for me as my brand new 2019 GMC Sierra 2500hd Denali was keyed on the front bumper. I knew without a doubt, with all the shops my USAA insurance told me were options I still opted for Lloyds without hesitation. They not only repainted my bumper perfectly but color matched my chrome center bumper, grille, and mirror caps.Thanks Rob! I appreciate the excellent service.

Excellent customer service AND workmanship. Im super picky and found a couple of minor things with which I wasnt 100% satisfied at first (on a MAJOR repair job, there were just a couple of MINOR issues), and they were really fantastic about taking care of even those little details & making sure things were right. Some businesses are very reluctant to correct their mistakes or begrudgingly address things that got overlooked, but Lloyds was super friendly and very clearly cared about me being (not just 99%, but 100%) satisfied with the work.As I told them: I really hope to never HAVE to use their service again, but if I ever do need some vehicle body work, theres no question that Lloyds is where Ill go.

Had a complete repaint on my 2004 yellow corvette. I had heard it was a hard color to do. Robert and his crew did a magnificent job. I am extremely impressed with there customer service. Had my car towed from another place to Lloyds. Unfortunately I didnt get it repaired since my insurance company totalled it out and took possession of it. Although these guys were great. They got the towing covered, from both locations and cleaned my stuff out of the car for me. They were responsive by both phone and email and were very helpful. I would recommend them for collision repair and insurance repairs.

I was hit by another car. My insurance company tried to get me to use another company they had an agreement with. I insisted on Lloyds as I had heard great things about them. It turned out they were less expensive then the other company. My insurance company was happy. I was very happy when I got my car back . It was beautiful.I now have a new car that someone backed into. So it looks like another trip to Lloyds is warranted.I am confident the result will be the sameWonderful!

I simply cant believe how amazing my experience was with Lloyds Collision. After so many complications with my insurance and other shops Lloyds was always there to help. My passenger door handle broke and I needed it fixed ASAP. I called Lloyd’s and they were friendly and got me right in. They did a quick free estimate and ordered the part right away. Their prices were great and they got me in two days later to repair it and did it so quickly while I waited. The place was clean and inviting and all of the staff was so professional, friendly, and personable. While I was there I asked them to fix a broken button on my back door hatch and they again gave me an estimate, ordered the part, and got me in two days later and fixed it quickly while I waited. Thank you for everything! I’d highly recommend this place and I’ll be using them again for sure.

John was very excited and eager to get my Volkswagen Jetta repaired and back to me as soon as possible. The passenger side of the car was completely damaged, and when I got it back it looked brand-new and even better than how it was originally! Just bought a used commuter car (Honda Civic) to drive aside from my truck. Pretty good condition but after 3 days of rain, noticed a leak gathering in the carpet of the driver side floorboard. Pulled the carpet back but only could narrow down where it may be comin from... took it to Lloyd’s in santee & Mike, the owner met me in the lot, found the leak after about an hour & fixed it with his crew. Hung out in their really nice office lobby while waiting. The receptionist staff are awesome too. Great business!

After going to multiple shops to repair damage that another repair shop created, these guys stepped up big time. Not only do they treat you like family, they care about the work they do. What I have experienced there since the first moment was amazing, friendly welcome, professional customer services, daily updated on the status of my car, fast turnaround time and the most important was the good work I got in the end. Not only that but, I took the chance to repair other things in my car was missed by other collision center and a broken driver seat, they did it for me with a very reasonable price even the parts was not easy to find locally and it took them to get it from LA. I had a very tied time to pick the car and catch a doctor appointment, and I found them offer me to leave my rent car at their facility and they will return it for me.Thank you John McCain and Lloyd team for all the efforts you did to get my car back in a very good condition.

I needed to replace the passenger side mirror on a 13 year old Infiniti. Id ordered the parts myself online and went to another body shop which told me they would not use customer-provided parts. I went into Lloyds and was told no problem. I got a formal estimate for well under $100 for one hour of labor and a senior discount besides. Brought the car in the next day and it was done in about an hour. I was treated like a VIP with a big ticket repair job throughout. I had another vehicle repaired at a local competitor that was covered by insurance and had a great experience with them, but Im going back to Lloyds when I need auto body work again.

I want to thank Tissha and all the other employees at Lloyds Collision Center for doing a excellent job in repairing my Ram truck. I brought my truck in to have the bumper replaced and paint and body repaired after being rear ended. The repair was done really fast, so fast, that the insurance company was the only thing keeping me from picking up my truck. But Tissha kept on them until they finally sent the funds.I also wanted to add how nice and helpful the customer service reps were whenever I came in or called. You can tell that the owners take pride in not only doing good work with the repairs, but hiring good people in the front office.

Thank you Lloyd’s!! So first, I want to say that I have not been in an accident in almost 20 years. The experience was a bit scary. As soon as Lloyd’s got my car, they ran more collision type tests than my insurance told me I was going to get. Turns out they confirmed my suspicions on a few things that my insurance adjuster said was not part of the accident. Specifically, I was ran off the road and my car went off the road. My alignment was shot, but my insurance said that the alignment issue couldn’t be proved as part of the accident. Mind you I have Progressive and the accident was not my fault. Lloyd’s advocated for me and got the things fixed that Progressive fought with me for.So as far as the repair work, Lloyd’s shattered my expectations. My bumper was fully restored and they matched the color flawlessly. The paint job and clear coat they did on my car was impeccable. They even detailed my car and vacuumed it. My car was not the cleanest when I dropped it off, so I planned on taking it to a detailer after the repairs, but got to skip that step. In addition, Lloyd’s finished 4 days before my estimated time which saved me the rental I was going to have to get for the holiday weekend. In addition to the quick turn around time, Lloyd’s kept me up to date with the progress. I never had to call once for updates. Definitely have your insurance take your car to Lloyd’s, you won’t be disappointed!!

Rear ended someone, couldnt even lift the hood of my car. Other places quoted me around 500-1000 dollars for a fix, these guys did it for under 300. They were patient with me when i had a hard time finding a new hood and held my car there for no extra charge. When i finally found a new hood, they went above and beyond what was asked of them in fixing it. They will be my first choice from now on.

Lloyds in Santee was great. I will definitely use them if I ever need body work again. The office is clean and inviting, the parking is easy, the people were friendly and respectful, I didnt feel pressured, and they did a really good job. I bought a used pearl white Subaru from Arizona that had minor bumper and door edge damage and a few other oddities. Lloyds replaced and painted the bumper, fixed the door, replaced a broken part of the center console, and reconditioned the rest. Now that theyre done, I cant tell it was ever damaged. A+ for Tissha too. She gave me an estimate while I was at the Arizona dealership, remembered me when I came in a month later, was knowledgeable, and took care of everything. Top marks all around.
