I was trying to get help to download a video so that I can share it. The man in the office took it and looked at it said it was just a simple mov file and just go ahead and plug it in and go. Okay so about a week later and eight or nine tutorials and finally my regular computer guy getting back to me and telling me he would have to remote in to my computer install an app so that it could be compressed then I could upload it onto my Google doc. I guess computer people dont realize how difficult any of that at is for any of us I did everything there tutorial said but the one thing they forgot to tell me oh the file is too big it has to be compressed and you need a special app for them. I THINK VIDEO BRITE SPECIALIZES IN TAKING YOUR OLD VIDEOS AND DIGITIZING THEM INTO COMPACT MODERN TECHNOLOGY ABOUT 30 OR $40 PER TAPE. So they were no help to me seemed very disinterested in thinking outside the box maybe actually giving me a heads up about hey dude compress the thing and you can unload it but I guess like a long history of computer guys of the Bill Gates variety they are only in it for the money and they are going to take it all if they can..
Videobrite converted a pile of my old theater videos from VHS to DVD and I am delighted with the result. They do great work and helped me secure the future of these memories!
Parking can be difficult. The service was excellent. They did what they said they would do.
