Several of my neighbors had used Elite Power Washing recently, and all of them recommended Elite. The owner answered our call immediately, offered a fair price and next working-day service. They showed up on time, are friendly, and did an excellent job: everything looks better than in many years.

We hired Elite Power Washing to come out and do an external power wash cleanup of a property in rural Sonoma County. By rural I mean that there is a lot of brush and large trees dropping plant debris year-round. They also cleaned out and repaired all gutters, all the windows, inside and out. We also asked Mike and his team to strip, refinish and reseal the deck. The results were stunning.Speaking to Mike’s commitment to excellent customer service, there was a slight misunderstanding about finishing the deck. He was more than happy to make whatever adjustments we requested at no extra cost. We also asked him to repair and replace a couple of screens. This happened right as the Kincaid Fires broke out. His team was back as soon as everything was all clear despite many rescheduling maneuvers with other clients. They finished the work expediently but with great care.I am including photos as a testament to how beautiful everything turned out. It was like coming home to a brand new house! The views from the deck have been made that much more appealing.I cannot recommend Mike and his team enough. Great job, greatly appreciated.

After the fires, we needed to get our windows and solar panels cleaned. We hired Mike and his crew to do the job and they did not disappoint. The crew did an amazing job of cleaning in excellence! Yesterday I got my house power washed and all the sidewalks and all the screens and windows. My house burned down in the tubs fire. I was the second person to move back in my subdivision January 2019. All the other houses were being built around me and my house was just a mess. Then came all the evacuations for other fires, Covid, Etc. My house once again looks beautiful. I almost could not believe what a difference it made. Mike and one other gentlemen spent a good 4 hours cleaning. I researched and read reviews, and Elite Power Washing came up on top. Both my neighbor and myself hired them to power wash our houses and sidewalks. They did an excellent job. They also ended up cleaning out our gutters on both our houses. Now all of our neighbors comment on how good our two houses look, almost like they were just painted. There were areas I was going to paint but this worked so well those areas now look freshly painted and Im not going to have to do anything. They were also very kind, I saw an area that they had missed on my neighbors chimney after they had rolled up and stored everything into their truck, and it was no problem. They unpacked all of their equipment, hooked it all up again and spent another 45 minutes making it right. Weve had two neighbors approach us to get their contact information because our houses look so good now that they want to hire them for their houses. I highly recommend them.

Mike and his team did an amazing job power washing our entire building of appx 20,000 sq feet within 1 1/2 days with a team of 3. In addition, they cleaned the HVAC enclosures in preparation of painting/weather proofing them, cleaned an awning and entry ways that were covered with many cob webs. The team even cleaned the outside windows after the power washing was done! Mike was great in communicating with me. We will definitely call them back in another year.
