The staff are very welcoming! Since a teenager, Ive struggled with many nail salons prior. Ive been a client at this nail salon for years now! Not only are they CLEAN.. theyre not fast paced just to get you in and out like other places, but youre not also there for hours. So, its perfect. The hot rocks is always a plus for me! Thank you guys for your service!

Up the street from my house, sweet and friendly staff. I love that I can make an appointment online instead of calling. They have tons of colors to choose and everyone here is friendly and professional. I got the Nu pedicure for $50 with gel. It includes alot of foot massage, alot of scrubbing the dead skin to help with my cracked feet as well as how towel, stones and more messaging. Its a great price. Thanks ladies!

First time getting my nails done here and my overall experience was good. The staff was inviting and friendly, they took my temperature, and took all precautions following our states current guidelines. My nail tech took his time resulting with a satisfied customer with good looking nails. Only thing is they truly do take their time especially if you are getting both a pedi and a mani so, if your in a hurry probably not the place for you. My appointment was at 2:30 & walked out of here at about 4:30 so, yes it is in its name Nail Art & Spa your treating yourself so carve out that time as expected not allowing it to annoy you as a surprise. Thank you Nick and nail techs that made my daughter happy with her nails as well☺

Went in today without an appointment. Nick assisted me with a lavender ombre nail. The service was fantastic! First, the color that I wanted was unavailable so he mixed up a nail dip that came out perfect! Secondly, he was speedy quick, but still paid attention to detail. He held my nails up to make sure they were filed down straight. He also filed underneath my nails to make them look slim and somewhat natural—something I have to ASK other salons to do. There was no excessive filing, and he was very gentle and didn’t hurt me once. I recommend this place and I 100% recommend you ask for Nick! I will be visiting again!

I love their work. Only thing frustrating is when having an appt sometimes it seems like they double book so sometimes you have to wait longer then you should.

Nick is the only nail tech I would go to. He is amazing at his job and was always welcoming and nice. All the other nail techs were rude except for Shiny. One guy completely broke my nail then put alcohol and other products on it, which hurt like hell, to try to repair it. He then followed it up by asking if I was single and when I told him I wasn’t, he remained silent yet angry for the rest of the appointment. I have stopped going since but I miss Nick. ONLY GO TO HIM.

I can’t even express how happy I am with my nails being done here. Nick was professional and fun to talk with. Salon was super clean. Only place to go get nails done.

Love them for pedicures but i asked for Nick since his work is amazing for fullsets, i dont know who they gave me but my $60 fullset was completely a waste theyre already broken off after less then 5 days .

Ive been coming here for years, and it is my go to nail salon. Hang, the owner, is always attentive to details and my nails come out consistently great every time! All of the staff are pleasant, cordial and welcoming, and the atmosphere is often busy, but laughter can be heard throughout, helping to keep it light and inviting, even when they are crazy-busy!My SINGLE issue is that Ive had to wait over a half hour for my pre-scheduled appointment on two or three occasions, which is too long if they are putting walk-in clients ahead of me just before my scheduled appointment time. That I do find annoying. Thats the one reason why I give them 4 stars instead of 5.

I absolutely LOVED my nails! Very clean, very fast, very affordable. Tina did my nails and was very attentive to my nails and made sure they were done perfectly and to my liking. I HIGHLY recommend them!! I already made my next appointment with Tina! :)

I had an appointment at 1and I had to wait 40 minutes for the firs person, i had a pedicure and the first lady did good she only messed up in one of my nails after that another lady finished my pedicure she only had to put the top coat on but she only did one side not both, the other two gel manicures were horrible she cut me and she didn’t care, the gel felt off the same day she was really rude, I’m never coming back again. Don’t waste you’re time and money don’t come here!

Was bombarded by 4 employees upon entering telling me to choose my color. When I finally did chose my color, I was sitting for 10 minutes while they all talked back and forth (Mind you, I was the only one in the salon at the time and called ahead to let them know I was coming)I showed a picture to the artist of what I would like (short, almond shaped acrylics) she initially made them very long and I asked her to shorten them. She said that it was up to me but they would look ugly any shorter, I proceed to request for them to be shortened before applying the acrylic. She ignored me and kept working.When she was filing the acrylic down she was so busy talking on the phone that she filed my thumb nail so thin it broke my real nail and cause me to bleed. She went on to say that while she should be more careful, this happened because I had requested them to be so short.Lastly, she asked me to pay for the nails in the middle of the procedure and charged me 5 dollars more than what I was quoted even though I decided to not even have them painted since I was so fed up. After I paid, she put a top coat on and put the light on then proceeded to start a new set with a different client. At this point, she acted as though I was invisible and I was left with long, thin, sharp nails at a price that was more than I was told.While I should have been more assertive, all of my requests were swiftly denied and my basic needs were not met.Would not recommend this salon!

I had an appt but waited 15 minutes, no big deal. The girl next to me started 15 minutes before me, but my toes were still done first. I just feel a bit like the lady that did my pedicure just rushed through me and didnt care much. I thought well maybe shes just efficient and speedy but the pedicure wasnt very good either :/

If there was anyway to mark this a a no star I would. They rushed my nails they had us wait 30 minutes past our appointment to start. My cuticles are torn up and they cut me with the drimal. My nails are shorter then I wanted. NEVER GO HERE

They S U C K . I had made an appointment for my sister and I and after a 20 minute wait I was attened. They rush and dont make sure that your nails are placed correctly. I have about 3 nails that are crooked and theyre nasty thick of how fast and how much they applied nail Polish. Since I have the wide rare thumbs I asked for only those two nails to be filed down a little more then the rest and they did all of them, when they were done they didnt even check then correctly to see if they were straight. They took a walk in knowing that my sister wasnt attended and resulted in her NOT being attended. This is the second time this happened and the first time it was for my QUINCEÑERA! Since I promised my sister I would pay for her nails we went to Marlow Nails by Safeway and hers came out amazing ! I rate them a 5 out of 5. Nail Art and Spa is a 1.

I went here with a friend and the customer service was awful. My friend asked for a design and the lady refused to do a design. My friend was trying to decide what she wanted instead and the lady said you need to decide now We chose to leave. I do not support this treatment of customers

I have had multiple bad experiences but still I kept going back, now that that has changed. My recent experience was that I got over charged I paid $50 for a full set. My friend got the same thing recently and was charged $35. I was not expecting to pay $50!!!Oh,and appointments dont really mean a thing.
