Juan Fogal is a great teacher and a kind, good person. He strikes a great balance between making things fun for the kids and also instilling discipline, respect and instructing them in techniques. I would have no hesitation recommending his Dojo to anyone. Its been so much fun taking my kids there, Im thinking of trying some adult classes. I rarely make recommendations but I whole heartedly recommended you try this school if youre looking for martial arts for your kids or yourself.

Family Martial Arts is the best martial arts and Karate Dojo in town for kids and adults. Ive been practicing here for about two years and its been a great experience. Whenever Ive seen the kids class I can tell theyre having a lot of fun while learning respect and self discipline. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

I have trained with Mr. Fogal at the FMAC dojo for the last three years. Both my boys are enrolled in his kids programs. Juan is an amazing sensei, with an uncanny ability to teach martial arts and translate martial theories and concepts. His vast knowledge and in depth training in various martial arts permeates everything he does in the dojo. His patience with my boys and the other kids in his classes is remarkable. Anyone who has the chance to train with Mr. Fogal or have their children trained by him should consider themselves lucky.
