There are only two baskets for the entire place. First dryer ate my quarters but wouldnt turn on. No slips of paper to request refund. They have cameras but cant afford baskets? Also smelled really bad in there. Even through my mask! I would give this place zero stars if I could. Never coming back here.

I wish I could give it 0 stars but this is the lowest score I could use. By far, the worst laundromat I have ever been to. This place is full of malfunctioning equipment with no indication of which ones are faulty. Only 1 functioning exchange machine out of several. Laundry carts are falling apart. No sink. Place looks deserted, unkempt and in some instances hazardous. Will not be returning in the future.

For 9 years, once a year, using this laundromat, people complain of losing all their quarters due to disrepair of washers & dryers. This year of 2020, there was a woman who has lost quite a bit of money because she doesn’t have a car to go to another one in town. I am reporting this to the better business bureau & going to the court system to mandate that this owner repay all his previous customers who always claim they don’t receive any reimbursements for their losses. MOST of the equipment no longer function.

Under new ownership owner repairing everything praise the Lord hallelujah five stars

Broken down apocalyptic place. Maybe a good set for filming a zombie movie after the fall of civilization. Need to dispose of the 2 rows of machines that are not working. Laundry of last resort.

This laundromat is the most disgusting place I have ever washed my clothes! Water is dripping onto the concrete pad under the linoleum flooring. Many machines arent even working at all, no signs to say which ones work or dont ya just gotta play a guessing game. There is no way to use a debit card here have to have cash and 2 of the 3 machines are broken. No soap to buy

The only reason I found a washer and dryer that worked was because there was a regular there. This place must be a money washing front. This cant be legit. Im definitely gonna look into this deeper and maybe even talk to some city officials and sheriff about this place because it is an actual safety hazard. Dirty laundry goes BEWARE.

Dosnt work... 4 small loads took $24.50 of quarters & 3 hours because washer and dryer are broken. ripoff. the blankets r still soak. its too late 4 me to go to the next town to dry it.😒 i used to like it when it wash/dry fast.

Pretty average laundromat. Today I met a beautiful young woman there who complimented my shirt. I was to shy to ask for her contact. Maybe she will read these reviews and look me up on facebook.

This place is just going downhill everything is broken only 8 dryers work so bad. I really used to like this place.

D worst run business and all of Sonoma County most of machines dont work the ones that do take your money Ill bring your clothes or dont dream at all washing machine draw a hundred years old drivers are hundred years old theres nobody there to take care of you when you need help.the change machines are always empty. The manager never returns your money when you lose it and you call him and leave him notes they never returned your call somebody should report this place the Better Business Bureau looks like this was something found in a slum somewhere dont go there ever

Doesn’t even deserve one star, worst place I’ve been by far. Most dryers smell like gas and half don’t even work! Eat your money and don’t turn on DO NOT COME HERE !!!!

Laundromat is pretty bad its not taken care of with a lot of broken machines.

Its not the best laundry mat but its decent. Its a hit or a miss with dryers. Some dryers get so hot, you can burn your clothes. So be careful. It happened to me, twice. I still keep going back because its convenient and its close. It has the really big washers, I think its a 30 lbs washer for 6.50. 25 cents for 7 minutes to dry.

No sink no rest room no attendant over half the machines are broken i say try another laundry

Went to do laundry..The change machine took $20.00 and didn’t dispense quarters..Called the managers number and was informed I had the wrong number.. it was the exact same number posted above the managers door...WTF....

This place is pathetic!, every time we have gone there we have an issue, let me tell you a little bit about the horrible place. First of all, the dryers machines DO NOT WORK!, none, you put about $3.00 of coins, and its useless, our clothes totally wet, no signs to alert people that machines are not working, then about a month ago, we went on a Saturday afternoon, and there was this old lady we noticed with a bunch of bags of clothes, walking around, she was kind of confused, anyway, we left our clothes in the dryer for about 25 minutes, we left the place and come back to our big surprise, my husbands clothes were in the old ladys car front seat, can you imagine? so we asked the old lady, she said oh I am sorry I have alzheimer, we didnt buy it...needless to say we will never again carry our laundry there, thats for sure!

The owner of this place doesnt care about its customers at all! More than half the machines are broken and havent been fixed for years...

It was okayYes dirty and the driver require two cycles for one small load before dry. It close to where I live and didnt have time to go anywhere else.

NEGATIVE POINTS• *many* washers and dryers in use are broken and neglected (sometimes for weeks - even when alerts/notes are left)• sometimes management has refused my refunds requests on machines that are *most definitely* broken• there have been (and, I think still are) brand new machines on site that just sit there uninstalled - sometimes for *years*• no daily cleaning or maintainence• paper towel dispensers are often empty• no restroom (its permanently locked)• no sinks or running water (*removed* a long time ago)• repeated notes with polite suggestions are ignored• I know people who use to go there but now refuse because of the above conditionsPLUS POINTS• Its nearby and not many others will go here anymore (the place actually *loses* business), which makes it possible to get in and out quickly - without crowds to deal with• good location• upscale neighborhood• easy parking• machine prices are acceptable• change machines on site that actually work 98% of the time• detergent and bleach dispensers on site and usually stockedNOTE: at one time, this business actually was an upscale and thriving operation with daily cleaning, a restroom, sinks and running water and machines that were working more often than not - and broken ones were repaired within a very reasonable time frame.

They charge 3.75 wash for really old machines that make a racket and dont clean as you would expect. The newer machines, shiny chrome in front, are 5.75...what is this Marin county?Wont be coming back...

Good hot water good dryers but the place does need some maintenance it definitely gets the job done

This laundromat is one of the worst ones I have ever used. About 70 percent of the dryers were broken. The dryers they did have were from the early 70s. In the middle of this place sits broken washer and dyers that look like the are used for parts. No sink.... No restrooms... One last thing there coin machines and there are 4 of them but only 1 works

THIS PLACE DESTROYED MY SHIRT. I was ALREADY frustrated because I had to REWASH my clothes since they came out NOT clean. AND I had already WASTED DOLLAR AFTER DOLLAR trying to find a damn dryer that worked - like 70% are BROKEN. I finally found one that worked - AND THE METAL INSIDE WAS TORN APART AND RIPPED MY BRAND NEW SHIRT. Oh and theyre FREAKIN EXPENSIVE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE, DRIVE AN EXTRA 3 MINUTES TO A BETTER PLACE.

I was going here the past few months to do laundry (very close to the area I live, trying to save gas and time...) And the last time I went a bunch of machines were broken and one of them took my money. The place is falling apart and needs some serious work done and maintenance. I dislike that when I go to do laundry, I am never sure if the machine I choose is going to work. Its disappointing, Im going to a different place in Rohnert park that is close to where Im at and hopefully the reviews mirror the places quality.

Quarter machine ate my money. Left a note and called management twice and still havent heard back. Its been like three weeks.Edit- its now been months. All the washers and dryers are still broken, last time we were there the floor was just covered in standing water and I STILL havent heard back about my $5 despite calling the owner several times and leaving several notes.

Most of the machines are broken. Some machines that are broken are not labeled so they end up eating your money. The manager cannot be reached. worst laundromat ever!

This place is the crappiest laundry mat I have ever seen. Everything is gross and broken.

Too many dryers jammed and wont accept coins. Mamy others have no heat and only toss the clothes around. Needs immediate maintenance. Ripping off customers with malfunctioning equipment is not ok.

Everytime Ive washed my clothes here I get a broken washer and my clothes dont get properly washed. I left a message for management and never got any response.

My machine did not work and flooded. Avoid the slippy place.
