I got the hydrafacial with Lisa and I must say that I have not stopped looking at my skin since. My face is so radiant, smooth, clear, and youthful, that I am almost in disbelief. I did not know how much I needed this facial until after I saw the results. My face is brighter and my clogged pores are cleared up. I didn’t realize how much clogged pores affect the appearance of the face but now that they’re clear I see a huge difference. I don’t think my skin has looked this good in a long time. I had the Miradry procedure done about a month ago with Melinda and it has been a life changing experience.This is something that I have been embarrassed of my entire life and to have someone make me feel so comfortable, safe, and to be able to reduce my sweating by a HUGE amount is so wonderful.As someone diagnosed with hyperhidrosis the thought of not having to work my wardrobe around clothes that hide my underarm sweat is like having a whole new life :)I also started having laser hair removal which is almost painless and again Melinda makes me feel so comfortable and not judged.Heather at the front desk has not only given me wonderful advice but has also been so kind. I feel so comfortable going in and love getting to see them.I am so thankful for both Heather and Melinda. They have made such a positive change in my life with their attitudes and these procedures :)

I loved my experience with Lisa the aesthetician she gave me a hydra facial and my skin felt so good. I had a lot of dry patches especially around my nose that she took care of. She also gave me a wonderful peel with the hydra facial. So it’s day three and my skin is looking great! Her hands are so wonderful and healing.

I made a choice to try Allegro med spa because my regular injector was booked a month out and I had a wedding to attend and wanted my lip filler and Botox sooner. I know a couple people that go here and thought I’d try it. WHAT A MISTAKE. First red flag (I waited on hold for a really long time but what happened when I finally got a live person was so rude) I am Hispanic but I speak English pretty well. I didn’t even get two sentences in before she asked if she could transfer me to someone who is bilingual. I said no thank you, I could understand you just fine. She then made a snotty noise and said “Ok but I’m having a hard time understand you” then continuing asking me questions about the treatments I was interested in. I ended up making me appointment with a nurse. I had a bad feeling right then that I should just cancel my appointment but I didn’t. When I arrived to my appointment I called to come in because of Covid and was put on hold again. For more than 9’minutes!!!!!! I only know the time because my iPhone calculated it. I showed up 3 minutes early and called like I was told to do (because of covid I had to be checked in at door). By the time the person came back on the phone, I explained I had an appointment and she said “sorry, you’re late and we won’t be able to see you now.” I was FURIOUS. I asked to speak to a manager. I explained to their manager that had I not been on hold for 9 minutes I would have been a few minutes early to my appointment. She said She understood my frustrations (in a snotty voice) but they have a strict policy on being late and that I could not be seen. At that point I just hung up, drove away and I will never go back to that place.Allegro has at least 3 rude employees that ruined it for me. Train your staff to treat people kinder. I will take my Mexican accent and my money somewhere else.Happy ending: Thankfully my regular office called and I was able to get in from the waiting list before the wedding.

I had an amazing experience with Lisa. She is very professional and kept me informed with what procedures she was doing and how it would benefit my skin. I had gotten the hydro facial with a chemical peel at the end. Lisa really took her time with the chemical peel so I would experience minimal burning sensation. I will absolutely be coming back.

I’ve had lip filler a handful of times and I can definitely say no one will ever touch my face again except Kelsey! She pays attention to the tiniest details and they are perfectly symmetrical and she got them bigger (per request) than the previous times I’ve had filler! I also got Botox, she did 1/3 the amount that I was previously quoted for my frown lines and they are gone! But so natural, I didn’t even tell my husband! So glad I found Kelsey! Can’t wait to see her again and again!

I adore all of the staff at Allegro MedSpa especially a PA named Kelsey. She is an absolute gem. I had lip fillers done years ago by a nurse who had previously worked there. Kelsey worked with me on dissolving the old filler and getting new lip filler. It was a process but so worth it. Dissolving fillers is no joke, it burns and stings but Kelsey was so great about the entire process. She helped achieve the natural enhancement that I wanted for my lips. She is very skilled and knows what she’s doing with injectables. As well as very attentive, caring, kindhearted, and informative. Such a talented woman. I’ll only be going to her in the future. I’m so happy to have found her!

I am so pleased with my experience at Allegro. They took every safety precaution, communicated efficiently and the staff is amazing! I have tried several other places, and often feel dismissed, as I am not going in to spend a ton of money. Some of us are just looking for small procedures to add to our confidence. The staff at Allegro gets that. They did not pressure me into buying other creams or procedures. The price is very competitive. I finally got miradry after years of wanting to get it. My underarm sweat was awful to the point of quickly destroying shirts after just a few uses, and not to mention the associated odor. Thankfully, Allegro made scheduling easy, and I completed all my paperwork quickly online (via a secure text link to my phone) prior my Saturday morning appointment. I felt safe throughout my experience from the time I entered the door until I left. Kelsey, one of Allegro’s Physician Assistants, made me feel comfortable while wearing her n95 mask throughout, along with other precautions. The procedure started by placing markings on my underarms, followed by application of local anesthetic, which was surprisingly painless. The procedure then followed the marked pattern on your underarm and takes about 2 hours in total to complete. Most people only require one treatment as I did. The post-procedure soreness was minimal and lasted for about 1-2 days (I iced most of the following day as Kelsey recommended). The results even a week later were incredible. I spent the following weekend moving and had zero underarm sweat, or odor, and I didn’t even apply antiperspirant! I recommend this procedure to anyone interested in saving their clothing, or self conscious about underarm sweat, as I had been for many years.

Allegro MedSpa is extremely accommodating with scheduling. They are always really busy but are always able to fit me in when I need it. They have a friendly staff with great professionalism. In 2018, I went to Allegro for a consultation for the double chin I had developed due in part to genetics which worsened after having my daughter in 2017. I saw Jodie, their PA, and she was phenomenal. She listened and really heard me during my consultation, taking the time to not only learn my facial anatomy but understand why this issue was bothering me. Jodie made her recommendations for treatment based on her expansive knowledge and experience of what would work best (not what would cost the most). I had two treatments of Kybella done by Jodie in April and June of 2018. She was professional, efficient, and calming - both procedures were quick with minimal discomfort. I have seen tremendous results from my Kybella and would absolutely recommend Jodie/Allegro over and over again. On top of that, their entire front office/medical staff is exceptional, especially Danielle! They helped make recommendations for skin care products which have helped so much with the melasma I had developed in my pregnancy. I am so happy I chose to go to Allegro. Their staff, superb professionalism, vast knowledge, and exceptional skill set has helped me to feel confident and empowered!

When treatment day arrived, I was a bit anxious as to what would actually happen and how it would feel. My pleasant surprise was that it went so smoothly with no discomfort. The staff were so pleasant and timed things so well that it felt more like a facial. The day after there was some tenderness in my neck but that had been the area of my most serious concern and needed most work. Other than tenderness there was no noticeable after effects and I wondered if it had worked at all. Much to my surprise 3 months later friends and family started noticing and commenting on my refreshed look. Up close I could see the noticeable effects and was so pleased. Be sure and use the right skin cream and you are set for the next year.

I have been using the Allegro Med Spa for the past 15 years. I love them! They are well trained, informative about products, and keep up to date with any new developments. The recommendations have always been perfect. I have never had any problems using them. This is quite important because I am a registered nurse. I completely understand the process, and I trust them with every decision we have made together.

I went in to have lip fillers done by Jodie (who I HIGHLY recommend).. She listened to all my concerns and provided me with so much information not only on recommendations for treatment but educated me on the anatomy of my mouth to better understand my options. I was at Allegro for some voluma in my cheeks. Kelsey was great about discussing what I wanted and suggested additional juvederm for someareas that have been bothering me.I told her I bruise easily and she kept icing my face after each area was injected. I’ve never had anyone take such care to try to reduce bruising.My appointment was yesterday and yes I have bruising, but I can’t imagine how much worse I would look if Kelsey hadn’t taken such time and care with me.I can’t wait to see how great I look once this bruising goes away!Thank you Kelsey!

I get the Signature Peel with aesthetician Ashley and could not recommend her more highly. LOVE HER. She is so knowledgeable, sweet and calming...even though I’m getting a chemical peel she has me feel so relaxed like I’m getting a full massage. I’ve had peels at other high-end medspas but have never received better results than with Ashley. Based on her knowledge, skill and beautiful energy, I wholeheartedly give Ashley 5+ stars. She’s the best.

From walking in the door, and being greeted by friendly staff, Danielle and Wendy (I think), to my treatment, my overall experience at the spa was amazing.I had an IPL laser treatment done with Jodi. I was a little nervous about the treatment and how much pain I might experience. Jodi was professional, explained each step of the process, answered all my (many) questions and even gave me a stress-ball to squeeze. It was a great experience and Ive already seen great results from just the first treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment.

I had Kybella to treat the hereditary fullness under my chin that I have had since childhood. Ive tried diet and exercise but even at my thinnest, this area continued to bother me. When I learned of Kybella I knew the place to go inquire about it would be Allegro MedSpa. They always stay current with the latest treatments! I was nervous about the injections but Jodie made me feel at ease right away with her knowledge about the procedure and was confident that I could achieve the results I was looking for. I was a little sore and pretty swollen for the next few days, but I knew to expect that and it went by quickly. Six weeks later I couldnt be happier and I am looking forward to my second treatment to perfect my already great results!

I have been dealing with a torn shoulder muscle and planter fasciitis in both heels for the last two years. Both situations have limited my ability to be mobile and I have gained 25 pounds. I have spent much time researching coolsculpting and pricing. I scheduled and appointment with Allegeo for yesterday. My appointment was at 11am and I had to be out by 12:30 in order to get back to Ukiah and get a cortisone shot in my right heel. I still didnt get in until 12pm which limited my consultation. I wanted to know options and to get help with a jump start on my lower abdomen and/or love handles. At 12:20pm I was quoted $10,400 for two rounds of upper and lower abs and the handle bars. I didnt have time to as for a break down because I had to get on the road so they said they would call me.I finally heard from them 1/2 hour ago and the physician recommendation was so it all or not at all. I questioned Abby that I could not just get help with the love handles because I am getting shots and just joined a gym this morning to do machine workouts that dont require a lot of standing for long periods of time. She said no. I of course was humiliated and told her I felt they just called me a fat ass and that it took a lot of courage to even make an appointment and then it was again embarrassing to have my fat pinched and then photos taken and they could not offer me help with just the love handles. Wow! I cried and have been crying since. I write this review not in spite but to educated the people out there that this company is only interested in spending time doing procedures that will make them the most money in the quickest time. They are. It interested in hearing what it is you really need. I was even told that I would need four hours to do a procedure and when I mentioned four hours is a hardship for me and I would want to break it up I was quickly discouraged. Does my time and hardship not matter?! It a cosmetic procedure not surgical after all.I have spoken to several places in Santa Rosa, Novato, Marin, Sacramento and San Francisco and I was told that I do have a choice!!!!!Please shop around and go with the company that treats you like a human being and not a dollar sign that they can wring commission from. Its sad. It is truly sad and this experience has damaged me emotionally and psychologically.
