They have a list of 10 unreturnable items pasted on the checkout counter that most people dont bother looking at. I purchased an UNOPENED combo lock that I tried to return but was told sorry dude, no return. They didnt warn me when I purchased it. No wonder small stores like these are going out of business. Prices are 150% more than Amazon and far less flexibility on returns than Home Depot and other stores. This is what I get for trying to support local small stores.

These people are great! Its a small store but they have practically everything. And theyre really nice and knowledgeable. If you want to buy local this is the place to go.

Called to see about getting some replacement glass cut (HUGE sign in window states that cut replacement glass) was told I had to be there for it to be cut, they dont take credit cards over the phone to cut it and hold it. I am disabled and dont drive. Arranged a ride a few days later. Got to the store, and there was no one there who cuts glass. Whaaaaaat?? Why advertise if you cant offer it all the time? Young girl helping me seemed bored out of her mind. Helpful she was not!!
