I had two windows needing work. One had broken glass & the other wouldnt lock closed. They could have easily said I needed to replace both windows for a couple grand like another company did, but they didnt. They said they could simply replace the glass in one window and that they could repair the locking mechanism on the other - final cost was under $500, AND $50 UNDER their original estimate. Office staff very organized, very professional. Will use them for all my glass needs.

Second time using B&L Glass. They have replaced a large number of the original 1930s windows in my redwood cottage. Always professional, on time and clean. Top quality windows. My neighbor says they look great and I agree, and feel they add value to my property. My house is quieter and feels well insulated now.

They did an exceptional job on my new glass shower panels, they look amazing! I would highly recommend them.

I had a mirror cut to fit an antique frame. They cut and installed the mirror right then. They did a great job....my only complaint was the cost, ($55) which seemed high since I brought in a large piece of mirror.

We had glass shower door that had drooped slightly in the hinge and would not shut. It also needed new seals. B&L Glass did excellent work and we were pleased with the result. It was expensive, but we were very happy with the result.

B&L sales did a great job of showing us alternative glass enclosures. When it came time to order and measure, the technician that came to our home was knowledgeable and provided us with a good choice of installation options. When the glass arrived, the two installers were friendly and took care at insuring that we had a quality installation. The final result is an awesome shower enclosure.

This was my second time using B & L glass. The first time for a repair on a rental property slider that shattered. B and L came out and boarded it up to secure it for the tenant and then replaced it as soon as the order arrived. This time they replaced several retrofit windows. One window was an awkward shape and a difficult install and the guys worked tirelessly to set it in and made sure it looked great. The technicians were professional, polite and detail oriented. The office staff is also timely on returning calls and scheduling you in. As a property investor I work with construction workers and contractors often and these guys were a delight and no hassle, straight up company to work with. I will always call B and L for my glass needs!

Literally called at 8 am this morning. Told them what happend and have been waiting for a call, for them to come out and measure my window and give me an estimate. I called at 12 and someone said I would get a call back soon. Never happend. Going elsewhere at this point. Terrible service

Friday morning we were broken into. They broke a large window and made a huge mess. B&L came to the office within an hour and had the mess cleaned up and the window boarded up. We had to order a window and because of the size and it would be a few days until it arrived. I was told they may be able to do it by Wednesday but instead they came Monday morning and replaced the window. Great work.

We had a big project, replacing doors at the church and each of the contractors we spoke with said to go to B&L Glass - they were the only ones for the job. We have a huge sliding glass door that broke off its rail and could barely be budged. I got a very acceptable quote over the phone and their work was better than I expected! Theyre in my contact list for any future repairs.

Everyone was courteous, communications were timely and easy to understand, and the work was done right.

Make sure you get it in writing! The maximum amount I was told I would be charged ($350) when I provided my credit card information went up by about 30% ($432) when I got it in writing. I asked why it was so much higher (hoping to use them because the first person I talked to seemed knowledgeable and friendly), and after 4 weeks and several emails trying get an explanation for the discrepancy so that I could make a decision based on any additional factors, I was told that there is really no way to know and that the soonest they would repair it would be in 3-4 months ... it kinda felt like they were getting rid of me for trying to get clarification for the pricing discrepancy and when I saw other reviews regarding dishonesty, I felt that I had no choice but to warn my fellow consumers. I feel guilty writing this because I want all businesses to be successful and just dont write bad reviews, but this all seemed very shady. And at the end of the day, as much as I want all businesses to be successful, I want all consumers to not be taken advantage of even more. I gave them an extra star because everyone was very polite. Good luck if you choose them!!

They were a little early, finished early and spent the time cleaning up. They were professional, would do business again as the price quoted was what I paid.
