Andrew and Jace were amazing to work with and went above and beyond! Even going so far as to help me remove an item from the wall that I couldnt seem to figure out and do myself. We contacted junk-a-haulics a few times for removal of junk from the remodeling of our home. Andrew and Andres were very nice individuals who went above and beyond what we expected them to do to help us: they actually moved a 5-600 lb. French door in our home after clearing a tremendous amount of construction debris! Wow!! Prices were fair and the help was, frankly, exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with their service. Used them twice to haul off a large pile of rotting fence posts and boards, metal pipe, and other debris that had been accumulating for years. Andrew was very courteous, conscientious, prompt, reliable, hard-working, and he and his helper made quick work of the pile. His price was very competitive especially since the fence posts were treated wood and had to be disposed of as hazardous waste. There was a large amount of small, rotted pieces and chips and they shoveled it all up, leaving the site clean. It wasnt an easy job but they did it graciously with no complaints and even threw on some extra stuff on top of the load. If I need any more junk hauled off, Ill definitely use them again.

I called these guys and was quickly given a same day appointment. I broke up a concrete patio on my property and wanted it all removed so I could keep working. They gave an estimate over the phone based on my detailed description that included an image, measurements, and what I thought it weighed. Because the person I spoke with on the phone was polite and professional, I didn’t call around for another estimate. I like to keep things easy in life and always strive to avoid headache. A couple gentlemen arrived on time and loaded every crumb of concrete at a furious pace; even carefully raked the concrete dust. They were engaging and courteous and the type of people you want to run into during a busy work day. They even answered my 6 year old’s questions while lobbing big pieces of concrete into their truck. I enjoy handing over my hard-earned money to people who leave me with no hassles to follow up with, so I can keep moving through my day efficiently. I’ll keep this company in my contacts for next time.

These guys are astounding. Smart, punctual, good communicators, fairly priced, knowledgeable and incredibly strong. I negotiated a great deal, besides taking my junk, to load my UHaul with all my heavy furniture. They whipped it out in record time and made many useful suggestions.

They were fast and dealt with some last minute items without flinching. We will seek their service again in the near future and any time our loads grow larger than we can handle. Particularly like the concept of screening for recyclables. Left the loading area looking good.

Disappointing experience. Called Sunday 9/9/12 to arrange for a removal and was told they would be by within the hour. Later that evening received a voice message explaining they were unable to make it, but would be by Monday at 11 am to do the job. However, there was no sign of them by Noon on Monday, so I called them to ask if they are still coming, and they didnt answer or call back. Decided to go with a different service. Very inconvenient for us because this was a time-sensitive job. Obviously I wouldnt recommend them.**Edit** Received a follow-up call after posting this review. The caller was apparently expecting me to call him back Sunday night to see if I still needed the couch removed Monday after he missed the initial appointment. I appreciate the follow-up, but was still very disappointed that the initial appointment was missed and the initiative to pick it up the next day without a response from me wasnt taken. Perhaps youll have better luck.

All the good things you hear are true

No stars! I sent these people over to my mothers house to remove her junk and they stole her power washer and other items they were not asked to take. The police cant do anything but they told me there are 5 local people suing the owner of this company right now. One for stealing Jewelry out of their bedroom during a move and 3 more for illegal dumping of trash on their property! BEWARE! These crooks should not be in business, they should be in jail.
