If I could give ZERO stars I would. RON is an awful employee or “General Manager” as he claims to be. He is a coward who won’t even answer the phone. He’s extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He hung up on me multiple times and I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau. I’ve never heard of this company and do not live nor have I ever lived in the state of California. I called trying to be responsible and find out why or how they could be affecting my credit and instead ended up on the phone with a completely incompetent person named Ron who made it impossible for me to understand and or fix the situation. Each time before he would hang up on me he would say “Have a great day” Ron I hope you learn how to respect customers and figure out how to be a professional cause right now you are very far from it. This place I really unprofessional, I tried to call to resolve a pending issue. The person that was assisting me sounded like a immature fat slob in capable of resolving anything and spend the majority of the time arguing with me on the phone instead of working a payment arrangement.
This company is beyond unprofessional. This is a company ran by a husband and wife. They have a couple employees that turn over regularly. They do not keep proper records. When working with a client of mine to resolve an issue they had with Cal Coast Credit Service it took 4 months to get an incomplete answer from Matt Berto (owner). I definitely would never recommend this company. They are terrible to deal with, do not keep records, are unresponsive, and do not work with an ounce of integrity. The owner is rude and unresponsive, just like his employees. STAY AWAY!
