I’ve loved working with Duane and Delivery Today. Dependable, kind, personable.

Two words sum up Delivery Today 24/7 (Santa Rosa, CA): unreliable and untrustworthy. The owner, Duane, picked up legal papers from me in Windsor at about 11:00 am which I told him had to be filed that day in Lake County Superior Court before its closing time of 4:00 p.m. (a drive of about 1.25 hours). Duane promised me that the papers would be filed with the Court at about 2:00 p.m. At 5:26 p.m., he called to tell me that his driver got to the courthouse too late to file my papers because he had difficulty filing papers for another attorney in Napa. Duane wanted to return my papers 2 days later (on a Sunday), but I said he must get them back to me by noon the next day (so I could overnight them on Saturday). I found the papers on my front doorstep at 1:00 p.m. - no doorbell, no word, no note of apology. Okay, I need a third word: inexcusable.
