I was trying to become a customer and they shot me down! Why am I giving them 5 stars ? Because they were so honest to the extent that they referred me too a competitor! Only because they didnt want to take my money, just like that and make the sale. These people are genuinely looking out for your best interest ! Based off my requirements that i asked for is why I was recommended elsewhere. But they still offered to be there for me even if I had any questions needed any additional help or just ideas. Man i wish these people nothing but the best. There customers are lucky customers, definitely in GOOD HANDS!
Common Sense is THE BEST. We started working with them about six months ago. Their responsiveness is head and shoulders above our former company, and the value is amazing. Also, the copiers are SO MUCH easier to use. This company stands out for their excellent customer service, their fairness, and their helpfulness in always making the best effort. 10 Stars!
Common Sense Business Solutions really does have the best solution for businesses that need a printer/copier. Its so simple and so logical I dont know why I didnt do this before. They have excellent service - they are actually all about great service - and of course the business copiers are just fantastic machines. The Konica Minolta that I have now is worlds apart from what I was using. And if ever I have a question they are incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for offices that use a laser printer currently. Seriously - just talk to them for 5 minutes and youll get it.

Ross and his team at Common Sense Business Solutions have been outstanding in their customer service. We have leased copiers from other vendors in the past and have never had any bad experiences, but the service and the machine from Common Sense Business Solutions has impressed me enough that I am taking the time to write this review. We have a Konica Minolta c360 with a fax unit which we have had for a little over a year. It has worked nearly flawlessly, paper jams are extremely rare and print quality is very good. We had only one service issue with the machine and Rita from Common Sense Business Solutions came out and repaired the machine within hours and had us running with very little downtime. What really sets Common Sense Business Solutions apart from other larger vendors Ive worked with in the past is their personal service, they really know what they are doing, and are extremely responsive to any needs or questions.
Ross and his team are attentive and thorough. We are currently using one of his Konica Minolta printer/copier/scanner/fax machines and it works perfectly for our needs. I really appreciated the time his team spent setting up our machine and walking us through the different functions. He also worked with our budget and helped us to get the most bang for our buck.

I was very hesitant to let go of my old fashion printers. I had a review done of expenses and it was suggested that I talk with Common Sense Business Solutions to save money. I was buying two $800 printers every year. I was so impressed with how carefully they explained everything and decided (due to excellent, friendly service) to replace my old printers. The installation was amazing. The staff really knew what they were doing. They trained my employees. The follow up has been excellent and they have been available to answer every questions. We have one machine that does it all, scan, prints beautiful color and is easy for a non techy to operate. I highly recommend the services at CSBS.

We have had our Bizhub for a year now and it has been great. Reliable and when we finally needed toner, it was delivered within 15 minutes, installed and the best part, no additional charges. Love the color copies and so do our clients. No service contracts to worry about either.
