Great guys, super helpful with my behemoth of a gaming desktop. Would recommend 10/10
These guys rock!I was having some start up issues with my high-performance video editing / gaming PC. I built this computer myself using -roughly- $2500 of computer parts. When my issue occurred it was extremely important that I take my computer to a repair shop familiar with working / building high end computers. Computers & More was the hidden gemstone I was looking for! Not only do they have a great team of seasoned computers pros but they troubleshot, diagnosed and fixed my computer in less then 24hrs at a price bellow mainstream competition (hint: Geek Squad)
On top of quality work, the workers are friendly and honest, making the process easy for you and safe for your things. While my project wasn’t fully done, the only reason for that is because they advised me to a much cheaper solution, saving me a lot of money. They have also successfully fixed a number of electronics for others I know. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.
I spoke with Tim.on the phone His attitude left something to be desired. He put me on hold. I assumed he was talking with someone else. The hold time was short, but based on our first conversation, I did not wish to deal with him. I hung up. Tim calls me back, I mentioned I had hung up, and I get a lecture on my being rude. As a customer, I was right in not dealing him. Carey. Ive only been in a few time, was always treated well. This guy poisoned towards your business. Public. Deal with Carey, not Tim
Ken was fantastic! Helped me get my speakers working and is updating another computer while pulling info off an d hard drive. I had no idea what to expect from this little hole in the wall shop but its well worth your time to check it out
Thank you Tim, for all your help. It was difficult to find a computer store nearby that is reliable. I appreciate the time you took to help me out. And educate me about computers and application. Awesome customer service. I totally recommend anyone to come here :).
I went into the store for the first time yesterday and met Tim and Oran. They were very nice and listened to my problem, offering to help. Nothing was wrong with my laptop, but I cannot make a program work. It is a program that my cousin uses in Italy to download books, but I have not been able to use it here.Tim called me today to let me know that we cannot replicate what my cousin does, without taking the same steps he takes and I am not able to give them this information.Even if they certainly spent a lot of time, trying to find a solution, they said they would not charge me. Whatever I need in the future, relating to computers, I will go to them for help!
This is where to go when your phone freezes. Or when you have a deadline on a project and you cant get the graphics right. I havent taken a computer for repair...yet. I didnt buy any electronics from them. But when I have needed help twice, they saved me. The two computer men in the store, Tim and Oren, know what they are doing. They were patient with me. They cleaned up my phone so Im not using apps I didnt need.....which gave me plenty of ram again, which allowed me to return the memory card (from a different store) and get my$$ back. Fair prices, free parking. Go here first.
Pretty sure this is just a guy hoarding stuff, or a front for some sort of illegal business. Felt like an ewaste drop off site going in, and guy at the counter seemed surprised we made tbat far in past all the misc old yellowing boxes.
Great service. Very efficient and fair priced.
I went here to get some help with my sons laptop and to buy a mouse. The service was excellent they were very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the computer issue quickly and I was very happy. I will come here again any time I need help with my computers.
Knowledgeable help and friendly service
Great store helped me with my computer and fixed it up for a good price
Wow! What a great experience! We needed help - big time with sons first computer build. The techs, who are only there Mon-Fri., were amazingly helpful! They provided advice about building we REALLY needed! We bought a PSU too, which turned out to be bad. The shop gave us no hassles in returning for our money back. Parts are pricey, but so is gas to go across town to Best Buy! Overall a GREAT experience. I have to say though, thanks to the techs especially - both mentors - to my son and his friend.P.S. I have to say to the guy who feels like he got robbed - Ive learned to find out prices ahead of time so there are no surprises on either side. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience, but mine was the complete opposite!
It was my fault for buying the used Dell, but I didnt know that it would be so hot, temperature hot, on my lap. Nor so heavy. I hadnt picked it up, a friend who was with me did when I picked it out. Neverttheless, the thing weighs a LOT. It was some special edition for Dell salesmen, and because its so sturdily built, can evidently take a licking and keep on ticking, so to speak. Which is why its so heavy.I wanted a 7, though, so bought this at this Computers and More store on June 3, right before we went on vacation. Oh, and initially I had brought in my old tower and the tech guy told me there was nothing wrong with it and charged me $69.Anyway, this laptop that I purchased from them was unacceptable. Again, my fault because it was an impulsive purchase. Even so, I wanted to return it and simply suffer a restocking fee. No, the owner said, translated by the tech guy, they would get me a new machine and then take the old one as a trade in. Okay, but I want a 7, I said. If you cant find a 7 I dont want one at all. When the new one came in it was an 8. I didnt want an 8. They said they would convert it to 7. No, please, I dont want a convert. I was explicit about wanting a 7. The last one I had converted (from Vista to 7) was termed a Frankenstein when I needed work done on it, and they couldnt get parts at Best Buy. I didnt want that hassle once again, understandably. No more Frankensteins. Was it my fault that no one listened when I said that I wanted a 7 and not an 8? I said I wanted a 7, and only a 7. This does not mean an 8 converted to 7. So this Cary who owns this computer store was very rude to me. Were not taking the other one back, he said with a snotty voice. And this conversation is over. And he hung up. !! I wouldnt send my worst enemy to that store.I mean, you want to do business with the little guy. The backbone of our country, right? I wont even set foot in a Wal-Mart, for instance, which are ruining any chance a small business has of making a go of it. But I can tell you this much: I never wouldve been treated this way at Best Buy.
Very helpful guys knowledgeable and prices are reasonable as well
Horrible place, do not go ever!!!!!! $500. and have nothing. manager rude and cares nothing for his customers after he has your money....
Turned in my computer on Saturday with the expectation set by them it would be done on Tuesday. They never called, emailed, texted nor left a voicemail to tell me they were behind schedule. I called on Tuesday and they threw their employee that wokred on Saturday under the bus for making any kind of schedule of completion.I told him to hold on any repair as I didnt trust them and he hung up on me.
Excellent, knowledgeable, timely service.
Friendly professional and helpful
I work here
