MY COMPANY IS PREMIER CARPET CLEANING AND MY NAME IS JASON, SHOULD ANYONE WANT TO CONFIRM THIS REVIEW. NORTHBAY COMPUTER HAS BEEN OUR LIFESBLOOD IN THE INTERNET AND COMPUTER WORLD. WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES MORE THAN A COUPLE DOZEN TIMES FOR VARIOUS REPAIRS AND NETWORKING NEEDS. THEY CREATED OUR WEBSITE FROM SCRATCH PLUS THEY HOST IT AND OPTIMIZE IT TOO. IT IS FAIR TO SAY THAT OUR COMPANY WOULDNT BE WHERE WE ARE TODAY WITH OUT THE CREATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE NORTHBAY COMPUTER HAS GIVEN US ON THE WEB. OVER THE YEARS WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL COMPUTERS REPAIRED AND UPGRATED..FROM RAM MEMORY TO NEW HARD DRIVES AND SCREENS. ALMOST EVERYTIME WE HAVE HIRED NORTHBAY COMPUTER THE OWNER JOEY, IS QUITE SPEEDY ON GETTING THE COMPUTERS BACK. I CAN REMEMBER A COUPLE TIMES WHEN SOMETHING WASNT WORKING AS I EXPECTED IT WOULD AND THE OWNER, JOEY OFFERED ME MY MONEY BACK FEELING BAD THAT ALL HAD NOT GONE PERFECTLY. NATURALLY WE UNDERSTOOD THAT THINGS DO HAPPEN SOMETIMES SO HE TOOK THE COMPUTERS BACK FOR FREE AND WAS ABLE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEMS QUICKLY.
