The entire crew at Empire Restoration are lifesavers! After suffering through a nightmare of an experience at the hands of a very unscrupulous smoke mitigation company after the October wildfires, Ryan and his guys came to our rescue. They went way above and beyond anything we could have imagined. They were absolutely professional, highly trained, conscientious, courteous, compassionate and kind. Once they arrived and got to work any questions or concerns that we had were immediately addressed or researched and all were taken care of in a sincere, respectful manner. We could not have been in better hands as they truly cared about their performance and our well being. The attention and care given to our home and our possessions could not have been better. I would recommend them without reservation. In fact, if more businesses were run like Empire Restoration, the world would be a much better place.

I have a hand-woven area rug that I love which, unfortunately, my little doggie has begun to love as well. It needed to be cleaned, but most cleaners who come to your home only clean part of the problem and the rest stays in the rug and smells. Eric from RER was personable, professional, fast and reasonably priced. He took the rug and gave it a thorough soaking in a chemical solution, and cleaned it multiple times, and even hand-cleaned the carpet fringes until they were bright white again. The carpet looks (and smells) like it is brand new!!! If you have dog urine stains on a treasured carpet, RER is the way to go! In fact, I will use Eric and Redwood Empire for all carpet and grout/tile cleaning needs in the future.
