My carpets after raising two puppies were very dirty and stained. They are a light tan so I thought they would not come totally clean. I was amazed at how well they came out, how clean and new they look. The guy even did all my area runners. Best carpet cleaning I have ever had!

Prior to arriving they gave me a call letting me know they would be at my home in 15 minutes and they were right on time. They showed up as professionals and explained very clearly about how my couch needed to dry and what to do to get the best results. The carpets were damp for a while, not 3 days like some cleaners, and turned out lovely. I highly recommend them for all your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

I was looking for a company to clean my carpets and I ended up selecting the company that reached out to me first from my inquiry. Three days later I received a text from California Steam and I responded that I had already selected another company. Today., over a week later I got a nasty text from this company admonishing me for my inquiry and telling me the lead cost him $30 as if I had an obligation to him in some way. I responded that I was glad I did not use him due to his lack of professionalism. This brought on a tirde about how he hates country folk l ike me and that I am inept. I gotta say this indicates I dodged a bullet

Easy to book, was able to get calendared quickly, the cleaner was right on time, the cleaning was ridiculously thorough, the cleaner was super informative, and the price was exactly as quoted. I was well informed by honesty and details. The office gal quoted me the wrong price, but when he came out, he honored it with a very positive attitude. I would definitely recommend them for in house or taking carpets to their plant.

California Steam Clean did a fantastic job to get our house ready for sale. They cleaned the interior, power washed the exterior and cleaned the windows. CalSteam also does much more. For us, they painted the interior and painted/stained the outside redwood deck, replaced carpeting and brought in and placed new landscape bark. They also provided suggestions for other trades that we needed, such as plumbing and window replacement. They coordinate the most efficient scheduling for their own work and the work by others. We worked mostly with Pedro who is very helpful, responsive and nice. We also had a great experience with the office staff.

California Steam Clean came in and installed new vinyl flooring, carpet, all of our bathroom sinks, redid the entire kitchen, installed sliding glass doors, french doors, painted the entire inside of the house, etc. etc... After all was said and done we are extremely happy with the result. The house went from a space I wasnt comfortable living in, to a place I hope to stay in for a long time. The team at CSC did amazing work on my house, getting it ready to put on the market. They put in new kitchen flooring, redid all the ceilings because the previous owner had put in hanging ceiling tiles, and also did a super deep clean to get it ready for showings. We just moved to CA and received a recommendation from a trusted friend to use California Steam Clean. During COVID the technician wore a mask, explained everything he was doing, and was careful and efficient. It was an excellent job with absolutely no problems or issues. It was not particularly noisy or bothersome during the cleaning and it left no odd after-odors. We followed the technicians instructions and let the carpet dry, which it did quickly.

I can’t find his card but I think the techs name was Ken. He was very good and knew a lot about carpets and how to keep them clean. Our carpets are old but he made them very presentable again. I would definitely recommend this company.

I love so much about this local family owned company. Elisa Chieffo is always so generous to the youth in our community, so involved in our local real estate community and always with a smile. I had 3 couches and an ottoman that I love, but with 3 athletic boys and their friends sitting on them and 2 dogs and a cat.... there was a smell. Elisa sent over 2 amazing cleaners and they spent well over 3 hours doing everything to get the “smell” out.It smells like they are brand new and so clean! I am actually amazed as this was a last ditch effort. The cleaners were polite, friendly, explained their process, and worked so hard. I tipped them well, offered beverages and finally got them to take popsicles! So grateful! I will refer this company definitely! The work ordered was done very well. Communication regarding when the work was going to start was about 3 hours off (and they were not early). A very thorough job with the results I wanted--really clean carpet and a couple of repairs were done, as well. My pet chewed a couple of holes in the carpet, which they were able to repair, since I still had pieces of the carpet left. (Hold onto your extra pieces. You never know if you may need them.) And now that Ive had it professionally done, it is so much cleaner and brighter than I could ever get it! I took in an 8x10 woven area rug that my dog peed on...! It was stinky and awful! The California Steam Clean team didn’t say ‘Boo’ or make me feel embarrassed by how gross the rug was; they were great.
