I have always been appreciative of the quick response from their support and sales rep teams. They are knowledgeable and courteous. If something is not right the first time, they are quick to respond and get it right. The process of calling in for support or needs is very easy.

Even during this terrible time with Covid, we have received prompt and professional service. In addition, we need a technician in the afternoon (no morning admin person currently) and our schedule was accommodated every time. GREATLY appreciate it. And, it is so convenient to get supplies so we have them on hand. Lastly - need to do a shout-out to Doug who has tirelessly serviced our 3 copiers - Many Thanks!
