I took my 28 year old son here to get his hair cut for a job interview. His hair was overgrown and he had been trying to hide his receding hairline for over a year. The hairdresser gave him a gentlemanly cut that looked stylish and refined. He was very happy with the expertise and professionalism of the stylist and his new cut.

Every time I get my hair cut here it turns out awesome. Anna is professional, friendly, and proficient. I highly recommend this location.

Ive been seeing Matt for my hair a couple years. He does an amazing job and Ive even been complemented on the street by strangers on my haircut and asked where I got it done. Super friendly atmosphere and the crew all work very hard to please what can be a rough downtown crowd. Genevieve has done my hair a few times when Matt wasnt around and is also excellent. Great price for a great cut.

This store is not only professional but fun! There is definitely a vibe of acceptance and community amongst the stylists, the music is always really good and on the door the last time I was there was a sign dedicated to tolerance and love. Heather is the supervisor for this store and is the most pleasant person I know who easily manages her staff with her calm demeanor and easy laugh. I love coming here, my haircuts are always great and I leave there feeling that I had hair therapy for 1/2 hour. Also the product selection is great!

I’m a walk-in Sat. night, a less than 10 minute wait and Genevieve comes to escort me to her station. We discuss how much to cut off, she wins, but when she’s done with my truly SUPERcut, it’s closer to a perfect cut, stylish cut of my hair. She truly knows what she’s doing; she thanks me for a happy ending of her work day, and of course, I thank her for a great cut!

Stylist stopped in middle of haircut and said she had to go move her car and asked my husband to wait outside while she did so..very unprofessional..needless to say she did not get to finish the haircut.

Ive used a series of different hair salons at different times I always seem to find someone that cuts my hair just right then disappears after 6 months to another salon. Needless to say when I find someone that does it right I stick with the same place. Ali has been cutting my hair for the last two years and has always done a great job. Highly Recommended!

Good place for a general haircut. Have been here approximately 8 times and the quality of your haircut really depends on the cutter that luck hands you. Some are great, some might need additional instruction. Overall good experiences. Especially considering the price.

I really love this store on 4th street Santa Rosa specifically because of Molly. I only ever come in to get my undercut shaved but I always have very nice conversations with her and she just goes above and beyond any other worker Ive encountered at all stores. I just moved, and Im sad that I dont get to go to her anymore! Ask for Molly!

I went to this Supercuts located on 4th street near Barnes and Noble and the Russian River Brewing Co. and one of the stylist cut so deep that she left me with two bald spots. I thought it was suspicious because she didnt show me the back of my head with a mirror like is customary at the end. I only realized it when I got home and I was told what a bad job the stylist did. Its been a few weeks and the spots have not recovered yet. This is the last time I enter those doors, I have been a customer for two year, they used to have some good stylists. Now they just seem to hire anyone that has two hands and a heartbeat... I wouldnt recommend anyone coming here, not even those I dont get along with! Its better to pay a few more bucks for good service from professionals than these amateurs who will butcher your hair.

Worst hair cut ever lazy guy could not cut a bald mans hair. He had friends waiting in lobby so unprofessional. He had no idea what a military cut was or a professional cut. Matte I think is cutters name, this place has gone to the dumps in the last 6-9 months. It is never open when sign says hours.
