All they do is harass you like your a child they constantly call you the day your payment is due and will do so 5 times a day until you answer, they will threaten to turn your car off and all kinds of wierd stuff, this place is very unprofessional and should be shut down it’s disgusting

I hate this place they never answer when we try to make a payment and really rude they turn your car off when your a little late and when you pay it they dont turn it on right away when I try to get insurance on it the dont allow your car to be on I hate auto fund I cant do a negative or else I would too

I have had a very bad experience with The auto fund Santa Rosa 😡 I finished paying for my car three months ago and they dont want to give me the second key, I have been calling them for weeks and they dont want to give me what I already paid 😡 with Fito auto until they have returned to me money for good pay and here they dont even want to give me the key. 😡 Today I made 10 calls in the morning I left messages and I have not even received an apology from the auto fund Santa Rosa. Dishonest and Abusive 😡
