Been coming here for many years, and decided to give a review. Went to get my nails done and a pedi with my brother-in-law. It was great, more than great super relaxing, gentle, and they always deliver to my high expectations. No wait, super clean, great service. Love this place and there professionalism. My brothernlaw was very satisfied and happy hell sure be going again. I know I will. Thank u for such great work!

Made an appointment, after arriving early and waiting for half an hour with no acknowledgement, while they started a pedicure on someone else I got up and left. HORRIBLE customer service!

Was in town for business and decided to kill time by getting my nails done. Was very impressed by the precautions they have in place due to COVID. Very clean and were by appointment only so the salon wouldn’t be crowded.. I got full set gel medium length and paid $45. My technician was T. and he did a great job when I asked to make them more narrow he didn’t hesitate and asked if I liked them before continuing. Highly recommend if you are in the area needing to get your nails done.

Incredibly clean and conscientious, this nail salon is the perfect place to go if you’re concerned about COVID-19 procedures. I felt comfortable and confident that I was safe.

The girl got upset because I asked her to fix a nail she had done poorly. I went again and had the guy do them. I was very pleased with his work

First time I even got my pedicures was here with my gf I really like the chair how they treated me with dignity and respect definitely will be going back.

I didnt like it there very rude lady the guy was nice but girl that worked not friendly at all Im a older lady I shake a little she asked me in a rude way to stop shaking and I told I couldnt I will never go there again

Today was my first time here, I absolutely love it! I walked in a little before closing and they gladly took me in. I loved that they took their time and were really gentle, we stayed like 30 mins after closing they were so happy to have me. Kristy and Husband are amazing! They are under new management, Theyll do any design you like, they have so many to choose from or bring your own. They are great at what they do. I definitely recommend this place. Ill sure be coming back, glad I walked in today! Really should give it a try. All the other reviews are from the previous owners, they are nothing like them.

Went in for Pedis those were fine then when I got my fill I didnt know they didnt fill the white as well so I hardly had any white they looked horrible I wont be coming back for a fill to say the least. Every where else I have gone does a fill on both the pink and white not a happy person at all

Tried it twice, both times horrible. Very unfriendly. I was really disappointed as I live close by and it would have been very convenient!

Just walked out after waiting 15 minutes. When i walked in, didnt get acknowledged didnt get the typical pick a color but when i already had a decision, they didnt even bother to start with me and sit me down for my pedicure. I couldve waited as my feet soaked for the worker who was attending someone but they just went about their thing and didnt give good customer service. Now im at forever nails where they sat me down as soon as i walked in.

If I could give these place a 0 I would.. the lady so call manager there is a rude would never ever go back to the place.. I try to tell her how rude she was she put her hand in my face and walked away don’t recommend this place don’t waste your money

I didnt get the name of the EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL beyond rude woman who tended my call today and also rudely tended my mothers visit today but nor I nor my family or friends will EVER visit such a unlrofessional business! I think these individuals need to learn some customer service skills because the lack of is quite disturbing.

Ill never come back. All though my daughter is happy and smiling because were getting our nails painted. They didnt treat her like they treated me. I came for her. A treat because shes a good girl. They dont acknowledge kids like other salons. And idk the guys wife or whatever she is, but she is so rude. A smile wouldnt hurt them! I only came here because we live to close to them. Never again.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would..Went in to get Acrylic Nails about 4 days ago..The Man who did them seemed in a big hurry & did a very sloppy job..I understand there was people waiting,but why should i suffer because they are under staffed? There is glue coming out of the sides making it look dry & peeled..Also he applied the polish way above my cuticle line making the nail appear grown out..Guess thats their way of making people go back & get Fills sooner..SMH..I tryed to talk to them & show them the mistake & they were beyond rude & refused to fix it..Last time i ever go there..Do Not Waste Your Money Here!! You will be extremely DISSAPPOINTED.

Best fill i have ever had,u cant even see the origin nail underneath...alot of places do a crappy job but this place is awesome👍

Went in for a pedicure - will NEVER go there again. No salts in the water, water was COLD, chairs didnt work, and the lady who cut my cuticles cut one so badly it bled for 10 minutes. LITERALLY. I had to tell her to stop putting this stinging stuff on it - she was hurting me. I also had to tell her to use nail glue to stop the bleeding (which she sopped up with cotton-boy THATs an attractive look; bloody cotton permanently attached with nail glue.) She then wanted to cut my other ones-I told her 3 times NO, do NOT cut me anymore, youve CUT ENOUGH. So she got mad at me and did a half-assed job finishing up-then charged me full price (even though she only painted 9 nails.) NEVER, EVER, AGAIN-and I am telling everyone I know!

My sister got married in Santa Paula & wanted the girls to get mani/pedis together. I called in advance to inform 5 people would be coming & to see if they offered bride special (they do mot). Upon arriving there were only 2 girls working & it took 3+ hours for 4 of us to get pedis & 3 get manis. Multiple people came after we arrived & had to come back because the place was understaffed. Its been a week & my shellac mani has been peeling, chipping, & discoloring for several days already. I rarely get a mani & for the money I spent I wish I wouldnt have as it wasnt worth it, especially for shellac. Not impressed & would not recommend.

They are understaffed and not welcoming. I didnt bother waiting to get my nails done.
