Great Rolex authorized dealer!I had never purchased a Rolex before, so I visited for the first time to inquire about a steel sports model. Upon entering, my girlfriend and I were pleasantly greeted by Erik, who was very attentive as I expressed my interest in acquiring my first Rolex watch. He treated us with the utmost respect as we gave each other our contact information, and it was nice having a chat about the current product lineup. Top notch store! I purchased a Lady date just 31 for my fiancé in Dec 2020. I asked to be considered for any steel sports watch that they may come across.30 days later they assisted me with a purchase of my holy grail watch. A James Cameron DSSD!Dmitriy assisted me with my purchase and fitting. Just a quick note to express my sincere thanks to Rolex - Santa Monica and to share our positive experience working with Danika Cooperstone. A few weeks ago, my son and I visited your store and we were warmly welcomed by Danika. She patiently listened to what we were looking for and showed us several different watches. Although we didnt purchase a watch that day, we left with a feeling that we would be back. During the next several weeks, Danika kept in contact and sent periodic texts with photos of new watches that had come in that she thought I might like. After returning from a business trip, I connected with Danika and she had exactly the watch I was looking for (as well as several alternatives). We came to the store the following day and I ended up buying two watches. Although I dont often write reviews, I wanted to recognize the elegant, low-key and no pressure style that Danika exhibited. She has excellent communication skills and offers sound advice. I highly recommend you seek her out if you are in the market for a Rolex. I know I will be back.

My experience at Gearys Santa Monica has been by far the best in the Southern California area. In this market, its been difficult to obtain any steel professional Rolex models but Shaun and Dmitry are knowledgeable professionals and watch enthusiasts whom I would recommend to anyone looking to build a relationship. They share realistic and transparent information / timelines and although Ive yet to receive the watch of my choice, communication has been crystal clear and has left me feeling like a valued patron & potential customer, which may not be the case of other Rolex boutiques in SoCal.Its unrealistic to expect to receive an in-demand watch immediately when there could be hundreds, if not thousands of people waiting for the same timepiece - so in the meantime as a real watch fan, I dont mind waiting while the hype dies down and my turn comes!Dont hesitate to pay the store the visit and Im sure Gearys Santa Monica will take care of you.

I walked into the store on a random Saturday afternoon to look for 2 specific timepieces, one for myself and another for my fathers 60th birthday in September (I started shopping early because I knew the model my father has always wanted would not be in stock). I was greeted by Dmitriy who was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. He took down all the info regarding what I was looking for and gave me his contact info.A couple of weeks past, he texted me and informed me that the watch I was looking for (for myself) is available in stock, but I gracefully turned it down and thanked him for following up as I had just purchased a Grand Seiko.Long story short- even though I had turned down his first offer, we still kept in touch and he managed to help me get the watch my father has always wanted long before his birthday in September (he wrapped it VERY nicely too!)I look forward to building a long term relationship with Dmitriy and will definitely recommend Dmitriy to anyone!

I had never bought a Rolex in my life, nor had I inquired about one, nor had I thought I would ever buy one, nor anything. But, for reasons that escape the purpose of this review, I recently decided I might want to buy one. After some hesitation, and more than a little bit intimidated, I walked into Gearys Santa Monica.I was warmly greeted by Joanne. I explained to her as well as I could what I was looking for. Joanne was absolutely great. She patiently listened to me. She said she was going to get 2 timepieces from the other store sent to Santa Monica for me to come see them.As she promised, she texted me when she received them. I came back, and purchased one of them, just like that.She also spent a lot of time with me helping me size the bracelet correctly (since the watch wasnt for me, and the person it was for was not with me), and even teaching me how I could resize it myself later if it didnt fit perfectly the person it was for.More than anything, Joanne, in addition to knowing everything about Rolexes, is a kind and caring person. Its quite possible I might have not bought anything if I had not run into somebody like her. But I did, the watch in the end fit the person it was for perfectly, and also made this person incredibly happy.Thanks Joanne, and thanks everybody else at Gearys Santa Monica (everybody else I interacted with, no matter how briefly, was also kind and helpful).

If you are in the market for a Rolex that has a long wait list, I would recommend asking for Alina. Recently, Alina helped me in purchasing a Rolex submariner with date and she surprisingly was able to help me buy one before my previous authorized Rolex dealer (which I had a history with buying Rolexes from). Also, Alina kept me well informed with the latest new inventory that was similar to what I was looking for.

Gearys Santa Monica, ask for Dmitriy and hell take care of you. Went to the Rodeo and Century City locations first last Sunday and they told me they did not have the watch I was looking for. Went to Santa Monica and they did not have it either but Dmitriy actually took my information and actually helped me look for it. 2 days later I get a call that he actually got the watch. I picked it up today. Thanks Dmitriy, waiting on that next text for the submariner...hopefully soon.

Ryan, the master watchmaker who works in this Rolex center is an extraordinarily skilled craftsman, with a deep knowledge of Rolex time pieces. Can’t recommend this center highly enough. All the staff were amazing.
