Family run businesses, the heart beat of America are on life support. And never there has been a more important time than now to support small businesses like Imperial Media services. Howard and Jacqui are the embodiment of the America I love. Professional, ethical, hardworking and immensely personable - not to mention, miracle makers. I needed 100 DVDs made to be sent for awards and I ended up almost making some wrong decisions based on the specs of another media service, till Howard stepped in and not only guided and coordinated with our international team halfway across the globe but ended up delivering the whole project 4 days earlier. They literally worked day and night on it. Turns out Howard, a Northridge Cal state engineering alum, is as wicked with his zinging wit as he is with his expertise. Working along with his business and life partner Jacqui who is the embodiment of courteous professionalism the two are what America needs more of.

Imperial Media is exactly what I was looking for in getting my BluRay and DVDs duplicated to send in for Film Festivals. They have the experience to let me know what was required for most Festivals and they had a very fast turnaround time, which I was also looking for. The quality was superb and Howard and Jacqui were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. You cant go wrong with using them!

When I called in spoke with Howard who answered all of my questions with After my very pleasant consultation with Jackie, they delivered my small order of 25 DVDs with in a few hours. Ive been using the services and expertise of Imperial Media for 11 years now. Theyve always been great in adapting to whatever my needs were for CDs, DVDs, posters, disk art, DVD wrap art, disk duplication, postcards, and whatever else I gave them. Im very particular when it comes to artwork, and theyve always risen to the occasion to do their very best. They are very reasonable and straightforward when it comes to prices. They are never hard to reach by phone or email, unlike some businesses out there. Theres always someone to take your call and begin helping you out. And they always give an accurate forecast of when work will be completed, so Im never left wondering when something will be done.

Incredibly friendly staff and phenomenal customer service. Prices are great and the turnaround time is much, much better than the competition.You can submit material online from anywhere, but theyre also a real neighborhood business run by real people who go above and beyond what youd get from the big guys.If thats not enough, theres a friendly dog named Karma and a relaxing koi pond in the back. Will definitely use them again!

I cant say enough good things about Imperial Media. Rebecca and Howard are professional and deliver what you need no matter the circumstance. I had an issue that seemed insurmountable, but because of Howards diligence and persistence he was able to figure out how to deliver me exactly what I needed. We had a great experience with Imperial Media Services. Jacqui and her staff are wonderfully accommodating and clear. They give you the time to create exactly what you desire. We personally made promotional CDs for TRINITYs music and had a four photo cardboard sleeve created in less than a week. Howard, the sound engineer, caught a few glitches and made the CD sound perfect. Now we have 100 CDs to give to record labels, radio stations, managers, agents, friends and family. And if we want to add more we can call them up and it will only take a few days. Thanks very much Imperial!

Howard was very clear and helpful on the finalization process of our CD and was always available when I needed help.

I wasnt sure where to look for DVD duplication service, when I found Imperial Media Services in Santa Monica. Now that I know that their service was the best experience I could ever expected... they took care of the DVD artwork, cutting the edges of the PDF file I handled to them, they have my DVD copied from a flash drive, which I assumed could have been an issue, but it was not. More important, I felt really comfortable in their office, very professionally assisted, and above of all, I had to have the DVDs done next day, otherwise I would lose the window for the Golden Globe 2014 submissions of the Brazilian movie The Great Victory, from Stefano Capuzzi Lapietra. All I have to say is that I am not looking for any other media services, theyre simply the best in the city. Highly recommend it.

Theres only one word that can describe Imperial Media: OUTSTANDING!! Their facilities and knowledge are top notch but they pale in comparison to their customer service. Genuinely good people. I was in a real bind and needed service at the end of the business day. Howard had me come over and he took care of all of my needs: designing disc face artwork, fading out the audio on my .mov file, and transcoding my quicktime file (.mov) into MPEG II and .AC3 audio files. He then authored a DVD and duplicated 10 copies and printed thermal hi resolution images on each disk face.His services went far and above what I was expecting and hes a real pro.If you get the chance to go to his facility, be sure to ask to see the koi pond! :)--------------Once again, the folks at Imperial Media came through for me with flying colors. Howard printed thermal hi resolution images on 25 DVDs for me and did it within 24 hours for a great price! Really great product and superior customer service. Thank you!
