Getting ready for new tenants

Its a nice studio but parking is TERRIBLE. You could circle the block 10 times and still not find a spot. Id recommend skipping the block and parking at Ralphs located northeast of the studio. A little bit of a walk, but saves you driving around.

We like auditioning here, clean studio, nice cushiony benches to sit on, clean restrooms, organized well.

Very friendly staff and helpful.

Went in to audition for a Grammies promo. Left after a short interview and making some friends.
