These guys were very enjoyable to work with. Jake kept us in the loop the whole time and the process was quick and pain free. We had back taxes and other fees and all we had to do was sign paperwork and they took care of the rest. They were up front and honest with their offer. This is a business people, don’t get pissed off because they don’t want to pay full price for your land.

These folks are what they say they are: easy land sellers. I wanted to quickly sell my property in Cripple Creek Mountain Estates (why I had it is another story). Jake and the team were in touch, took care of every detail, and got it to closing with my only needing to spend an hour to get documents notarized. It did take a few weeks for them to make it all happen, but that was fine. I had my check a few days after sending back the documents. Feel free to trust them.
