Tried booking a flight with Claude for my father. Sent numerous repetitive emails asking him basic questions, from what times were available to book to asking whether they could take my father who is a senior. Super slow replies and never got the answers. Finally gave up as it was just too frustrating dealing with Claude. Strange way to treat your paying customers.My advice: Save your money and book with someone else.
