I’ve been a customer for 5 YEARS. Best decision, ever. When I first moved to LA, I didn’t have an apartment and found myself bouncing around. Having a dedicated place to gather mail and packages has been INVALUABLE.This is a family-owned business and the owners are nice as pie! They are no-nonsense and direct, but they are 100% professional and trustworthy and go the extra mile!For example, they held my mail for several months while I was traveling. When I needed certain items, they packaged it up and shipped it to me. So wonderful!As far as price, it is VERY REASONABLE. I scoured the area for the cheapest, and this was within a few dollars. It’s WAY better than a post office box because you get personalized service. The location is super-convenient too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Im a regular here for my FedX dropoffs. I thought it was time I shared these Nicholas Cage postcards I got. They have more crazy stuff like this, and the guy behind the counter is chill and friendly.

Kurt and his wife are an amazing team. I needed to cancel my delivery after hours and they saw my email and made sure to not send out my package to the wrong address that i listed on it. THEY EVEN FIXED THE ADDRESS ON MY PACKAGE AND SENT IT OUT. IT IS AMAZING TO SEE THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE FROM ANY TYPE OF POST/MAIL OFFICE!!!! the prices for this great service is worth it! THEY ANSWER ALL MAIL QUESTIONS WITH EASE FROM THEIR LONG STANDING KNOWLEDGE IN THIS FIELD.

I had to get a package to Florida for a conference within two days, and Saturday delivery was not an option for the recipient. I was nervous that it wouldnt arrive in time, or be delayed, etc. I was given a few options and in talking to them, we both felt that Express mail, which is usually one day, sometimes two, would be the best combo of price and speed. The couple helping me were friendly and understood my concern. I received a call the next day from them telling me that it arrived in one day! Very relieved!

I looked around and this was the cheapest and most convenient mailbox rental service around. The couple who run it were very friendly (sorry, Ive forgotten your names!), and the corner of Broadway and 4th in downtown Santa Monica is convenient for me. I rented for one year. Great location!

Lately, packages in my neighborhood are being stolen, so I decided to get a private mailbox (it reads as a street address and not a PO Box, and FedEx doesn’t deliver to PO Boxes). This was the cheapest and most convenient (corner 4th and Broadway) and the whole thing took 10 minutes. The staffers were friendly and fast and I no longer need worry about my deliveries.

Don’t waste your time going to this postal office. They are inflate their postal prices and are WAY more expensive then regular mail, they aren’t friendly and when your package doesn’t get delivered they make 0 effort to help you sort it out. Go somewhere else!

Kirk & Armineh are fantastic and very friendly. They handle all my shipping and postal needs in a timely manner. Fees are very reasonable and their location is steps away from the beach!

I ready call Consumer and Business Affairs Im making a copy of all the measages and replies that Im receiving from this location... Heres a exemple the way you guys reply you were mumbling the entire time, butnow you have a big mouth, calling us, screaming and accusing us of lying. You are now harassing us this is what you call good customer service.. Now Im harassing because you guys fail to provide me the correct information I have that right now be upset.

Really rude bad customer service...never gave me the right information 1st send package to the wrong location 2nd never told me I needed to open a fedfex account 3rd never told me about and tax and fees...just took my money in never waste and money at this location.

Doesnt take pre paid packages. The lady at the front was extremely rude as she refused to help me! Do not go here for mail waste of money and time.Edit: I needed two pieces of tape for my pre packaged label and you charged me 2 dollars. Waste of time and money. I gave you an extra 2 dollars on top of that so you wouldnt be nasty, but still you were. We are members of the WEHO mail box center which is an independent place. so no im sorry you are just rude. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU PAY THEM. SORRY YOUR WRONG PEOPLE. GROW UP AND BE NICE TO PEOPLE AND YOULL GET MORE CUSTOMERS.

At first great but once my package was delivered it was not delivered to the right address they never told me that their was going to be an extra charge once it got delivered just lies and waste of my time and money.
