Nice people. Not good for high end. Bright a custom handmade handbag in to have repainted white. Had to bring it back 2x. Came out Matte flat. But Should be satin Like inner lip. They Tried but was never made right. Wifey not pleased. I Didn’t ask for some refund. Other shop “Pasquale” quoted $120, about the same amount I paid here already, to fix It back to original.

So friendly and upbeat! I have brought 2 pairs of shoes in so far and have been very pleased both times! First time was for a bigger clean up of a pair of. I’ve heels I love and wear to death, Buster did an amazing job getting them back into nice shape. Second time was a new pair that needed stretching and soles put on the bottom. Good quality both times.

I brought several boots to get fixed here and they did a great job. The are also very polite which is awesome. The only reason that they get a 4 star rating is because they only accept cash as payment. They should consider accepting credit cards, at least for repairs over a certain amount.

This was my first time using Busters shoe repair and the repairs far exceeded my expectations!! I took in six pairs of shoes, three pairs of boots, a pair of oxfords and two pairs of Ferragamo pumps. One pair of Ferragamo pumps was so scuffed and the leather damaged that I thought they might be doomed for the trash bin. The team at Busters fixed the leather, refinished them and recolored them and they look amazing!!! I am so grateful, they were my favorite pair of shoes! I also took in some Coke Haan boots that were 10 years old. The leather uppers were in really good shape but the soles literally cracked apart. The Busters team completely re-soled the boots and now I can get another 10 years out of them!! Overall, they do very very high quality work and I was extremely impressed. I would definitely return!!!

They repaired my shoes fairly quickly. No issues.

I took my custom made Wolverine 1000 mile boots in thinking they would tell me they couldnt be fixed. I put massive holes in the soles from years of welding and hiking in them. The leather was dried out and you could probably pull the soles and tread from the actual boot if you tried. My family said to toss them. They were a gift from my father and one of few sentimental things I own.I just picked up my boots and I am overjoyed!!!!!!! Im nearly crying out of happiness. The boots look not just better than new... they are better than when they were new! The leather has been conditioned and looks perfect. The soles and tread are actually better than what they originally came with.It wasnt the cheapest fix, but it was honestly worth every single penny!! Ive had numerous boots repaired and this was truly the best Ive seen. Robert is a master of his craft.Thank you so much, Robert! I will be back with another pair of boots soon!

They do custom leather work as well, like shortening belts. I have a pair of green suede shoes I received as a gift that I rarely wore. Roberto dyed it black, now its my favorite pair. Good guy, family owned. They dont take credit cards so come with checks or cash.
