This was my first professional apt cleaning. Lindsay & Monet arrived a bit early wearing masks. Off to a great start. I showed them my space, about 650 Sq Ft. But the bldg was built in 1912 so theres windows everywhere & doors to the outside. Which means more to clean. What impressed me was they cleaned the outside of my bathroom door which leads to the porch. And anyone can do superficial cleaning. These young ladies did the base boards behind the furniture.You get the picture, quality work and professional yet friendly without being intrusive. Thanks 😊 to The Cleaning Authority.

I had been looking for a cleaning service for awhile with no luck! Then my good girlfriend recommended this service. I decided to go for it, my apartment couldnt wait any longer! They sent out two wonderful ladies who went above and beyond what I was expecting. Its like a new apartment!! I am a messy human so I really appreciate them taking the extra time and the extra effort to make the place look great! Another bonus was that the professional cleaners were 5 minutes early!! I always had such a hard time with other services being on time! So happy!

The Cleaning Authority gave me my apartment back!I was talking to a neighbor about my place, which we both agree is usually pretty great. But, I said, with months of stay-at-home orders and a building under construction, I got tired and lazy about constantly cleaning. Should I break down and hire a good housekeeping or cleaning service? He suggested TCA, new to this area and maybe the ‘deep clean’ I needed to feel at home again. The response time to my call was great. The review of the work required was very fair. And the estimate was actually cheaper than I’d expected.Elizabeth and Monet were charming, professional, diligent in their tasks and careful with my things (aka knickknacks). They arrived on time and finished the entire job in the time they’d requested. I returned to my apartment to find that shower grout, the range top, all the hidden recesses of my apartment, spotless. They did both a general clean and a few specified cleans in agreed upon (in advance) areas. By the way, the green clean was a welcome relief to both my mind and lungs.If the scale is one to five stars, then five. Definitely.

All I can say is ...WOW! After 5 months of lock down ...my laziness had gotten the better of my apartment and I needed a spring cleaning in the fall! ...what has become a bachelor pad needed to be turned into a clean and organized home again. I didnt know where to look and I have never had a professional cleaning service come into my place because they were strangers and I didnt know what to expect ... so I picked a local company, The Cleaning Authority in Santa Monica, based on their google reviews because they were all referrals from other customers ...that to me is a good sign. So I pulled the trigger on their deep clean package and ...WOW! I felt like my Mom had come over ...they were friendly & professional ...and I felt so secure in our first meeting that I left them the key to lock up when they were finished, as I had to go run some errands. When I came home everything was organized, dusted, clean ...and I mean the walls and the ceiling in the bathroom ...and the bathroom was immaculate ....like it was ready for a photo shoot for a hotel. To say the least I was overwhelmed. I highly recommend this company and am very happy I found them.
