Update: somehow the office lady found out about my experience below. She called within an hour and apologized and indicated Manny was new and didn’t know the policies and procedures. I indicated much better training is needed including hiring guys who can communicate with the customer. Despite her offer to send out another “technician” who speaks English and is experienced, I politely declined.They sent a guy to give me an estimate the next day. Was I disappointed! Guy calls saying he’d arrive in 45 minutes. Didn’t speak English. He arrived. Manny in av truck that said Alfredo’s junk removal. First thing out of his mouth was CASH. The office had said if I okd the estimate I could pay with credit card. I mentioned this to them guy and he repeated cash. You know, you need to be able to communicate with your junk hauler. I told him I didn’t have cash but showed him what had to be hauled away. He said, $1,000, cash. 1-2 hours but cash. I said no thank you. I locked up the house and was backing out of the driveway and he came up to my window and said he could do it right now and was talking to some one else on the phone who also spoke Spanish. Manny said you can pay tomorrow in cash. I adamantly told him NO.The guy didn’t want to take no for my answer and kept insisting I pay in cash. No communication ability.All the reviews on here??? I’m guessing they’re bogus! My experience was horrible and I’ve already found another company with a guy who speaks English, will do the job for $600 including dump fees which he’ll provide a receipt for and he’ll accept credit card, pay pal, etc. I’ve booked him. A shame that the terrible company experience I had means they’ve lost four more jobs at the same property.

Job well done. I had them come out to pick up a few boxes full of trash, old raggedy rugs and two old couches that I thought I was going to restore, that plan was about a year a go. ha-ha.I knew I wasnt going to do it, and decided to get rid of them. This company was able to send a tech the same day and have them pick it all up. A job well done. I highly recommend them to all. They know what they are doing. Thanks a lot

I called them came out on time. Its just junk removal service. I dont need someone to speak perfect English, I just need a price and a yes or no it would be done. simple. Some people like to make things complicated and theres no need for that.

My friend recommend me this company and they came out the very next day with a two hour window of arrival time, I got a courtesy call from their tech when he was 20 minutes away. Im already happy with the way they work. He arrived (YES, wearing a mask) and took care of all the junk I needed gone. I had two old mattresses and a couch a stove and 10 boxes full of junk. They took it all without any hesitation. Impressed to say the least! affordable price too. I will refer them to all my friends too.

Whenever I need a dumpster - I just call their number, Im answered by a friendly person who easily finds my information and within a few hours - I have my dumpster....they know just where to put it and then they automatically pick up one week later. Big two thumbs up!!

Cant say enough good things about this company! We are doing a big house remodel in Highland Park and Hector and Patty have gone out of their way to make sure the dumpsters are delivered and picked up whenever we need them. The fact that they sort and recycle as much of the contents as they can is a huge plus. Recommend them highly!
