I was searching for a way to make my father’s birthday special especially in the midst of a pandemic when my family cannot physically be together. I landed on Kolikof due to their overnight shipping as well as loving the idea of being able to send caviar with the fixings (creme fraiche + blinis). Certainly something my parents wouldn’t be including in their weekly grocery pickup and honestly I haven’t found another company that ships this online. I was concerned the order wouldn’t arrive on time due to a snow storm so I sent an email to check in.. Their customer service went about and beyond to be upfront with shipping updates and Marcie was so sweet in being very communicative. The caviar arrived at 3pm on his birthday as planned and he couldn’t have been happier. Highly recommend Kolikof!

These were the best king crab legs I’ve ever had!!!! King crab is a favorite of mine but the product I had been buying at the supermarket and Costco the past couple years is way too salty, spongy and usually waterlogged.I actually forgot what good crab should be like until I tasted these huge beautiful legs from Kolikof.Kolikof king crab tastes the way I remember crab should be..sweet, succulent, juicy and super clean. These are pure perfection!

Ordered 2, 28 oz. Dry Aged Prime porterhouse steaks for Sunday family dinner. These were some of the finest, best tasting cuts of beef I have ever eaten. The NY Strip could not have been more tender and the filet portion of the steak was very large. Worth every gourmet penny.

I’ve been a customer at Kolikof for 4 years and have loved their caviar more than my old favorite famous brands. Their prices are the lowest for the highest quality. I was excited the last time I ordered to see that they have a new website with so many new products that ! I tried their frozen salmon fillets and two of their lobster tails. Kudos to Kolikof for expanding your collection, and for the outstanding quality and customer service.

Ironically it could be my favorite product since I get the smile from it each day, still amazed how much better it is then supermarket butter.The smoked salmon, loved that it was so gently smoked my husband thought it was fresh sushi grade salmon. Yet because preserved it lasts longer then fresh. Another great find, as I like preserved for convenience (but not strong smoky taste or too salty lox preservation).I have the little individual chocolate lava cakes in the freezer for me, haven’t tried yet.Very, very happy to have found.Thanks

Many sushi lovers consider Sushi Gen the finest sushi restaurant in Los Angeles. I have been a monthly customer there for over 25 years, until COVID-19 precluded my continuing to go there. For the past six months, I have searched in vain to find a replacement with the same great quality. I finally found it with Kolikof. The tuna is as good as it gets for me. Kolikofs smoked salmon and caviar are great too!

I’m a foodie. I live in LA and have traveled and eaten all over the world. At a time when most of us can’t travel to the places we love to eat around the country and around the world, Kolikof brings many of the things I miss to me.I stumbled across the website doing a random search for caviar. I spoke to Jim and learned they also sold to consumers not just high end restaurants. In addition to the 5 kinds of caviar I bought, I also had salmon from Scotland that was bananas and ordered a gourmet rack of lamb ribs. Going to get some stone crab for a party next week. Ive been eating smoked salmon for more than 70 years, and Kolikofs is the best Ive had. Its not only its great taste, but also the perfect texture that makes it so outstanding. The smoked salmon was delivered exactly when promised, and it was packaged with ice packs to keep it fresh and cold.

Kolikof Caviar, you are without a doubt, the finest online source of wagyu and caviar in the world. The wagyu cut like butter and the meat melted in our mouths. The meats came incredibly wrapped and chilled and the caviar and accoutrements the same. The many friends and family with whom we have shared your site, have enjoyed those items and many more. We experienced Kolikof Gourmet yummies a few weeks ago. Packed beautifully with ice packs in a cooler, it delivered straight to our house ready to go. Their Balik Salmon sushi grade fillet, along with their Creme Fraiche and blinis, made the most delicious appetizer for our family. Now, it is my favorite “pre-dinner” item -beyond delicious and just perfection. It is now my “go-to” to send to friends and now they are converted and doing the same.Bravo Kolikof Gourmet to making the experience of eating such deliciousness such a happy and fun experience!!

Not every day is a Caviar Day but when there is an occasion, like my brothers birthday coming up, I will indulge and only with Caviar from Kolnikof. It is simply of a quality that no other Caviar can match. There are several choices, and you wont go wrong with any of them Simply supreme!Admittedly I I like the best of the best, And Kolnikof too has the most delicious salmons you can find anywhere. My preferred is the Balik salmon which I was served many years ago on a Swissair first class flight from Zuerich to New York. Balik is the prime of prime salmons. Think of it as the most delicious, flavorfull and tender filet mignon -- except it is not beef -- but smooth, tender salmon. I am thrilled to have detected this gourmet heaven.!!!Jacqui Brandwynne
