Not bad! we end it up replacing our Copier cause it was to old. and George put us in a leasing with one monthly payment that covers the new copier, paper, toner supplies and service for just one price of $120 a month with UNLIMITED Prints and copies. I really though theres no way so i gave them a try and sure enough it was true. Im happy i end up taking this route with this company they are saving our business a lot in our monthly expense... THANK YOU George !!!!

The technician that was send out was pretty much knowledge didnt take him no more then 20 min to find the problem. the only thing is that the price for the part was an harm and a leg .... didnt expected to be so much to maintain a copier although I did buy it used online witch end it up being a big mistake on our part. Overall Great service and support I end up purchasing a NEW unit from this company under There UNLIMITED PROGRAM that covers a NEW copier, parts, Labor, Toner and paper just for one monthly payment of $95 with no charge per page. Now is been 8 month later so i decided to review this company cause i felt they kept there service on top like they said they would. so Thank you UNIQUE TEK for your great service.

We had used Unique-Tek in the past to repair our plotter and were happy with the service. For this repair we were offered a 5 year service plan which we paid at the time of service with the promise the service plan would be emailed to us later that day. It never came. 5 weeks later it still hasnt come. Their website phone numbers have been disconnected and emails have gone unreturned...with the exception of two, two weeks apart promising the service contract would be sent right over. The plotter has now broken again and Unique-Tek is no where to be found...along with our payment for the un-usable service contract.

I can say that Unique Tek is a pretty good service provider and i will give them a 4 star... Tech call 2 hrs before arriving, but i just didnt like how i had to wait another day for parts ordering, but is understandable Im sure they deal with a lot of different type of units. over all they fix my Ricoh copier and gave me 1 year warranty

Excellent service. We have been using Unque Tek for the part 6 years and they always have completed each service we have requested. Awful service. I have not received any response to my multiple emails. Every number that is listed for them is disconnected- support emails are blatantly ignored. I am going on 3 weeks after requesting toner that is part of our package and I am convinced that this company no longer exists and is a scam.
