Great job and a great value. Passed this place for many years and finally stopped. Prices are reasonable and they only upcharged me $4 for a massive SUV (its much more at other place). They opened the hood and blew out the leaves stuck at the bottom of the windshield. Good attention to detail. Definitely recommend.

Rarely I put a negative review. This place earned it. Paid $80 and it’s as if they never touched the inside. Windshield still had bug residue on it, sand all over the corners of the mats. Went back to the manager who said they’ll vacuum it again, within 15 minutes (after spending 50 minutes there). Never going back there.

This car wash is a rip off. I took my car to get it wash and the guy said it was too low to bring inside to wash so he offered to wash it by hand. I said ok, he said it was $40 to wash it but I wanted extra care since my car was parked for a long time and had too much dirt. So the guy offered that they will clean everything I asked for $100. I said ok do it. When I went to pick up the car, they only washed the outside and armorall all the tires. Thats it. I couldve have done a better job myself and saved my money. Would not recommend this place.

I just paid $119 and my car is still dirty. I cleaned some dirt off in the parking lot. Can home and now see that the tires aren’t clean nor the car. I will not go back.

I loved that they scrubbed the exterior of my car throughly before putting it through the automatic car wash. I live near a desert so I had spots that were baked onto the all the glass but they worked really hard to scrub it out. Thank you!

They helped a customer that came in after me first which was poor customer service. There were areas on my vehicle that were not clean. I had to direct the worker to clean areas that were missed. I will probably go elsewhere for a wash next time.

This place does amazing work! After a week of abuse from the birds, my clear coat has had it. The manager Jeff was very attentive to my car care needs all I had to do was call Honda to order a sample of my paint color. When I got my car back at the en of the day, it was pristine! Leather was soft like butter and so was the paint!

I keep giving this place a second chance and keep going back, but never leave happy ! They do a horrible job . They left stains all over my window and when I complained they guy said it’s a scratch ! When I started to remove it in front of him then he started to clean it up . Inside is hardly vacuumed even when I particularly asked please make sure to vacuum inside better than last time ... dust all over the dashboard ... very very unhappy

These guys do a terrible job cleaning the interior, and beware, theres no rain check. Dont use this place if theres rain in the forecast. They do not do rain checks. I got my car washed there yesterday and then it rained last night. I called this morning about the rain check and they dont do it. Beware of these Cheapskates. All of the other car washes around Santa Monica give a rain check. I suggest you use anybody but these guys.

The facilities are really rude. They scratched on my car like that. They lied to me.. it just a couple hundred bucks.. I dont really like to their behavior.. the guy who wears sun glasses and hats ... I think he is the owner of the shop.. he was really aggressive.. I would say do not go to there I would choose self car wash.. super rude..l

How this place doesnt get 4 stars across the board is beyond me. i hope they stay this popular (and therefore around) for a long time. Ive treated everyone in my family from my brother and future sister-in-law to their full service detailing to my dear sweet mother. they do an amazing job, bumper to bumper and from the floorboards to the tip of the antenna. great service too.

🚨⚠️THE GREAT CAR WASH SCAM....(and Im sure this is not the only one who does this)when you take your vehicle to go get your car washed they put a wax on your car.....yes it looks great for one day but THE WAX ATTRACTS and accumulates dust and dirt to it, inturn making you have to get your car wash more frequently!.... SCAMyes it looks great for a day but the next day its completely dusty and dirty by design.CONSIDERING ITS AT LEAST $20 EVERY TIME YOU GET YOUR CAR WASHED SO IF YOU HAD TO GET YOUR CAR WASHED EVERY OTHER DAY OF THE WEEK.. Ive been going this car wash for quiet and in a few years. They do a fine job and most of the detailers do a good job. Sometimes customer service is mediocre. But not bad. There facility could really use some updating too but I wouldnt let this deter me

After convincing me to pay triple for top level service, I had spots everywhere, paper towel prices stuck in crevices and areas of the interior completely untouched. Very disappointing.

Would speed things up if the workers teamed up to dry the cars when they come out of the car wash. Otherwise expect the whole car wash to take 45 minutes.

Dont go here! This place has thieves that work for them!!!! After getting my truck washed there. I noticed my glasses were gone from my passenger seat. Even after the vacuum guy told the owner he saw them there as well. He still doesnt believe it was his guys. When I brought it to his attention initially, him and his mother (who works the register) became super apprehensive, without me even going into detail about how his own employee saw the glasses at the time services were being rendered. Overall garbage experience, go down the street either way! The prices are better and the facilities are cleaner!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!

I was hoping to get the interior of my car cleaned, but they must have had a better idea. If I wasnt in a hurry, I might have grabbed his head and used it to wipe off my dashboard.

Bought the California Premium package but only got a basic wash, a few more scratches on the car, plenty of water marks and the silly feeling for leaving a tip at all.They havent vacuumed the trunk or the interior with plenty of dust still left on the board and seats, just did a basic wipe. Havent even touched the cup holder, door pockets or steering wheel controls, plenty of grime left.After getting ripped off and having to detail myself, I will never go there again.editRevised to one star as two days later i noticed even more streaks and untouched spider webs under front plate. Not good even for a basic wash, complete ripoff.

Been going here for years because so close but hit or miss with cleaning. I left and went straight to detail discount store on pico and bought leather cleaner and car cleaner total 20.00. Works great but have to say last time at wash the young guy in charge me brought me two 100 dollar bills I had apparently dropped on back floor. His worker turned them in. I keep going back needless to say.

I paid $30 for a car wash and it was awful. Didnt clean the back bed of my truck or wheel wells. I brought it back and all they did was spray it off with a hose. They were nice, but negligent.

I took my car here for the first time today and it was awful. I did the upgraded $34 package and my car looks about the same as it did when I pulled in. I had to use a Kleenex to get off smudges on the inside of the windshield, the carpets dont even look vacuumed, and there is still VISIBLE dirt and sand on the seats. I will never take my car here again. Not recommended for anyone.

Seriously the best car wash in town! ive been taking my car here for years and they always do an AAAMazing job. seriously. they pay attention to detail, are fast, and even blow the air in the side of windows so you can pull down the windows right away without getting streaks. AWESOMWE!

Ive been coming here for a long time, the work has always been good. Ive had basic washes, and occasionally full hand waxes and details done to my truck.Today I paid $45 for a basic hand wash and they used no soap, just sprayed my truck with water and then wiped it down. It was still dirty of course, so since I was in a hurry I asked for my money back, as I didnt want to wait around another 30 minutes as they re-did it. The youngish guy who runs the place has always been very cool, but today there was an old man in his place. He immediately began accusations, saying I was lying and trying to scam him, and tried to run me off the property. Eventually he calmed down and had the guys re-wash the dirty parts, but Ive never been treated in a first-world country as a customer like this.Needless to say; Ill never be back, and you should stay away as well.

I have been coming to this car wash for about two years now since it is about two blocks from my home.They are always friendly but their service is really bad. They always forget to clean something, sometimes they dont even open the trunk, even if I ask them to please clean it!I always come here bc it is very close to me and my car is never super dirty, its just dusty bc we dont have a garage so when they dont clean something is not a big deal. However, something occurred twice already that has pushed me to write this review and to never use their services again.They have a card that they sign and stamp every time you get a car wash and when you collect 10 you receive a free car wash. So they give you your stamp and signature when you are paying. So I gave the lady my rewards card and she just pretended to sign it and gave it back to me. I didnt tell her anything bc I thought that maybe it was just me, I thought I was being paranoid or maybe I wasnt paying attention.So this last time before paying, I counted my stamps and I had 8 already, so I only had 2 more to go. I gave the young man my credit card and my rewards card, then I signed their receipt. Then, I looked and I saw him pretending to sign the card lol and he knew I saw him and shamelessly he pretended everything was normal lol I just kept on staring and he continued acting like nothing happened XDI know this is not such a big deal or a huge steal but it bothered me a lot. I hate it when people think they can get away with anything! Why is it so hard to say you know what right now we are not giving out stamps for whatever reason.Why do they think customers are stupid?If they do this kind of thing in my face, what do they do when nobody is looking?I just dont trust them anymore :/

Upon having $100.00 stolen from middle console of her car, the Manager told my girlfriend go ask the workers who it was that worked on your car, and ask to search them. ....
